Objective To understand the influencing factors of free blood donors in Lianyuan City,and to provide scientific evidences for the promotion of free blood donation.Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used for data collection of free blood donation among 453 citizens in Lianyuan in March 2006.Results Males were the major blood donors which accounted for 80.00%.Civil servants and employees of firms and enterprises were the main blood donors without repayment(72.62%).The main influential factors of blood donation were age(P0.01),gender(P0.01),education(P0.01),occupation(P 0.01),and knowing level of free blood donation knowledge(P 0.05).Conclusions Blood donation behavior can be influenced by several factors,and the sustainable development of free blood donation should adapt to different requirements of different persons.
Objective To explore the characteristics and risk factors of nosocomial infection in type-2 diabetes,and to provide basis for its prevention and treatment.Methods Retrospective study was performed on 95 type-2 diabetes patients with nosocomial infection and 599 non-infection patients with type-2 diabetes,the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software.Results The nosocomial infection rate of diabetes patients was 13.69%,and old patients were the susceptible population.Gram-negative bacteria were the major pathogen which accounted for 49.47%.Single factor analysis indicated that invading procedures,long-time hospitalization,taking more than 2 kinds of antibiotics,having complications,having other underlying disorders,receiving operation and coma were all related to nosocomial infection(P0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that long-time hospitalization,invading procedures,taking more than 2 kinds of antibiotics and complication were the main risk factors for nosocomial infection among type-2 diabetes patients(P0.05).Conclusions The nosocomial infection rate is high in type-2 diabetes patients and can be influenced by some preventable risk factors.We should pay more attention to nosocomial infection monitoring among type-2 diabetes patients,and take combination measures to prevent nosocomial infection.
目的了解医院内感染性疾病中的常见病原菌种类、流行趋势及耐药情况,为临床医师合理用药提供理论依据。方法回顾性收集湖南省娄底市某三甲医院2001年1月至2006年12月住院患者临床感染标本的相关资料并进行统计分析。细菌分离培养与菌种鉴定按《全国临床检验操作规程》进行。结果5267份临床送检标本中,共分离获得病原菌1642株,阳性检出率为31.18%。主要检出菌依次为大肠埃希氏菌(314株)、真菌(188株)、铜绿假单胞菌(158株)、表皮葡萄球菌(137株)、金黄色葡萄球菌(98株)及肺炎克雷伯氏菌(97株),分别占19.12%,11.45%、9.62%、8.34%、5.97%和5.91%。不同年份的病原菌分离率有显著性差异(χ2=38.84,P=0.00),真菌感染有明显的上升趋势。大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌对大部分常用抗生素耐药明显,对部分抗生素的耐药性高达70%以上。结论当地医院内感染病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,真菌感染有明显上升趋势。大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌对大部分常见抗生素明显耐药,有必要加强对院内感染病原菌耐药性的动态监测。
Objective To explore the pathogenic agent for an outbreak of food poisoning.Methods Epidemiological survey was performed on the poisoned persons and a site hygienic investigation was conducted.According to Diagnostic Standards of Infectious Diseases and Food Poisoning,suspect leftover and anal swabs were collected for the pathogenic agent testing.Result Bacillus proteus was detected in the suspect leftover and anal swabs.Conclusion Sanitary surveillance and education for food hygiene security,legal system and moral should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of food poisoning.
