In the process of coking production, the acidity detection of crystallization tank in ammonium sulfide section is analyzed by manual sampling, which is time-consuming and laborious, and the detection is not timely, which can not control the production process in real time. In the paper, by studying the automatic measurement and control method of acidity of ammonium sulfide crystallizing tank, the automatic sampling, analysis and detection of acidity value can realize the stable control of acidity of ammonium sulfide tank, reduce the consumption of sulfuric acid and increase the yield of ammonium sulfide, save manpower, low cost, improve the reliability of the whole process. The product of the reaction between the solution and the titrant and the cleaning water can be discharged into the sample tank without affecting the sample in the sample tank. There is no need to treat the waste liquid separately.

雾化器雾滴粒径分布作为评价雾化器性能和治疗效果的重要指标,其检测方法对测量结果起到关键作用.通过采用Mie散射改进算法的激光粒度分析仪,研究压缩式雾化器流量、雾化杯、检测载体、检测环境对雾滴粒径分布的影响,试验表明:在检测环境和条件相同情况下,压缩式雾化器输出流量与雾滴粒径分布及占比呈正相关,与相同雾滴体积分布及占比前提下的粒径大小反相关;使用配套雾化杯更能保证有效颗粒集中分布;根据不同载体,只有合理设定粒径分布及占比参数,才能使雾化器的性能检测具有可比性;为避免外界光照环境干扰,应尽量在无外部光线的条件下进行检测,得到的数据才可靠.

The reason and effect of absorption peak shifting and its elimination and application in absorption spectrophotometry were discussed in terms of variations of absorption interference,monochromatic light property and analyte absorption characteristic.The regularity of analyte absorption peak shifting induced by constructive and destructive interferences were mainly discussed.The regularity provided a theorectical basis for the investigation of the variations of the determined peak location,peak height and shape caused by the impurities in the reagent and solvent,concomitants in samples,and interferents in the products.Novel quantitative spectrophotometric methods could be developed based on the information provided by the positive and negative absorption curves of analyte standard solution and the absorption peak sifting regularity.This regularity can also be used in other peak analysis.
