聚合物微球技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型深部调驱技术,本文通过现场实际应用的数据分析,总结了粒径、用量、排量、浓度各项参数与实施效果的关系,确定不同渗流类型油藏合理的体系及注入参数,以提高措施有效率和有效期.
以一定量十八酸与适量氯化亚砜、溴素、三甲胺水溶液反应,生产的甜菜碱型阳离子表面活性剂,以4%比例,复配0.25%长链醇、0.3%增稠剂、7%KCl,制成甜菜碱型清洁压裂液,在170 s-1的转速下经历1 h后黏度仍能达到30 mPa·s以上,在60℃以内黏度可以达到30 mPa·s以上可以达到携砂要求;压裂液的破胶后残渣为175 mg/L,破胶液的黏度为2.518 mPa·s;压裂液的乳化率偏高,破乳不彻底,不产生不溶性沉淀;表面张力小,为35.5 N/m,但滤失相对比较大,对储层的伤害比较大,为29.9%.可以满足清洁压裂液性能及现场应用要求.
姬塬油田注水开发中出现了注水井压力偏高、注水量下降或注不进水的现象.本文分析了其产生原因,针对性的开发研究了多组分复合微乳液增注工艺技术,在现场试验中取得了较好的效果.
环保生物酸解堵剂是一种高性能的生物活性酸,不仅可以解决油井堵塞的问题,还可以解除钻井、压裂等聚合物的残渣伤害.环保生物酸能有效保证酸进入油水井井眼深处,且酸化形成物对地层伤害很小,具有有效期长、无需返排的特点.在胡尖山油田的现场应用表明,油井产液、产油上升较快,含水稳中有降,措施效果较好.
The viscoelastic properties of Gemini quaternary ammonium salt surfactant GQA-2 can make the acid evenly distributed.This paper studies the system of variable viscosity diverting acid.Researched the viscoelastic properties of VVDA by laboratory experiments,the influence of GQA-2 concentration、temperature and shear rate on fresh acid viscoelastic,the effect of reaction time,crude oil and formation water on reducing waste acid viscosity.It researched the self-diverting properties of VVDA by dual core flow experiments.Through the laboratory experiments,we can conclude that the acid system is suitable for diversion acidization of high temperature heterogeneous carbonate and sandstone reservoir,or high water wells.
In order to solve the problems of low permeability reservoir blocked reasons in Ansai oilfield, the multi-component composite plugging relief and injection gain technology is proposed in this paper, through laboratory experiments simulating the adaptability of this technology in Ansai low permeability oilfield. Acid treatment of plugging solution has a significant effect to improve the low permeability reservoir core and oxidants play a lower corrosion rate and the protection of steel. The tests in Ansai oilfield show that fluid and oil production increased rapidly but water smooth in oil wells ,the effect of increasing oil is obvious; water injection can achieve injection allocation requirements at the same time, the injection pressure significantly decreased, long period of validity, the effect on decreasing injection pressure and improved injection capacity are satisfactory.
The multi-component Pad-acid fracturing technology squeezes low injury retarder acid systems before fracturing, rely on the pressure of fracturing and acid etching to open formation and crack propagation pressure. A major role of this technology is improving reser- voir permeability, inhibiting clay mineral expansion, dissolution of the fracturing fluid filter cake adhesive residue ,improve the conductivity and other aspects of the role to improve the effect of reconstruction. The tests in Jiyuan oilfield show that fluid and oil production in- creased rapidly but water smooth in oil wells, the success rate is 100 % and had a long valid period , the average single well increased oil 2.35 t,the effect of increasing oil is obvious. Pad-acid fracturing technology has a better adaptability to the low permeability sandstonereservoirs and provides a new technology for the transformation of low permeability oilfield in Changqing.
