苏里格气田滚动开发井数量多、单井设计费用低、时效要求高,地质设计单位需要一种"高效率、低成本"的工作方法才能在石油行业"降本增效"的大背景下实现较好的经济效益.为此,梳理了苏里格气田滚动开发井钻井地质设计的工作流程,结合气田地质特征和开发模式,在保证设计质量的前提下,从各技术环节入手探索压缩设计时间、提高效率的方法.经过多年的实践和优化发现,订制区块地质设计模板,优化区块数据库,合理选用参考井,综合考虑地质、气藏特征,采用经典的"对比法"进行地层分层预测、储层深度预测、地层孔隙压力预测一整套方法最为便捷、适用.此方法已应用于苏里格气田7000多口井的地质设计中,平均单井设计时间约65 m in,不仅设计质量可靠,成本低,效率高,同时简单易学,便于设计团队人员动态调整和实施项目管理.此外,该方法亦可采用软件编程实现,进一步提高设计效率和准确性,具有良好的拓展性.
碳酸盐岩储层是四川盆地油气勘探的主要层位之一.一直以来,录井过程中对碳酸盐岩岩屑的鉴别主要依据人为经验、化学分析和碳酸盐岩分析仪.近年来,由于勘探的需要,钻井大提速主要使用PDC钻井、气体钻井新技术新工艺,四川盆地钻速大幅度提高,给录井工作中的岩屑鉴别增加了困难,影响了岩屑录井剖面质量和碳酸盐岩白云岩储层的发现.传统的碳酸盐岩鉴别法满足不了现代钻井工艺条件下的录井要求,为此研发了新型碳酸盐岩分析技术,在现场能够比较准确地分析出岩石的主要成分如白云石、方解石和酸不溶物的含量,用于岩性定名、地层对比和白云岩储层的发现.该项新技术主要是采用质量分析法,和过去碳酸盐岩仪的压力法相比,具有数据准确、分析时间短的优势.通过在四川盆地的应用,取得了良好的效果.因此,对碳酸盐岩定量分析新技术的原理、应用条件、定量解释方法和应用效果进行了介绍,评价了该技术的应用前景.
Carbonate reservoirs are the major targets of exploration in the Sichuan Basin. Previous logging identification of carbonate rock debris is mainly based on experiences of logging service personnel, chemical analysis and carbonates analyzer. In recent years, innovative PDC drill bits and gas drilling technologies have been widely applied in exploration, thereby to greatly increase the drilling rate. However, the sharp increase of drilling rate also put much pressure on rock debris identification, influencing the quality of sample log and the discovery of dolostone reservoirs. When traditional carbonates identification methods can not meet the requirements of logging during drilling operation with modern techniques, we develop a new carbonates analysis technology which can relatively accurately measure the contents of main rock compositions such as dolomite, calcite and acid non-soluble substances on well sites. The measured results can be used for lithology identification and stratigraphic correlation so as to find dolostone reservoirs. In comparison with the previous pressure method of carbonate analyzer, the new technology mainly based on mass analysis has the advantages of high accuracy and efficiency. It has been successfully applied in the Sichuan Basin. This paper introduces its principles, conditions of application, quantitative interpretation methods and application effects, and evaluates its prospect of popularization.
Based on core,rock slice,cast and mercury penetration data,the rock types,reservoir space types and reservoir properties of Archean magmatic rock reservoir in Dongying Sag are studied.It is considered that Archean magmatic rock reservoirs are mainly composed of brittle granide,dioritoid and dike rock,the reservoir spaces are mainly fractures,followed by dissolved pores and caverns,and the porosity and permeability both are low.So it belongs to pore-fractured reservoir with low porosity and low permeability.The reservoir space of magmatic rock reservoir is mainly controlled by lithology,tectonic disruption and atmospheric fresh water leaching.
目前我国浅层气地质储量达10000多亿立方米,已探明地质储量800多亿立方米(不包括石油伴生气),其中主要是生物气。如何准确的找到可工业化开采的浅层气资源,己成为浅层气勘探领域的首要问题。本文分析了浅层气勘探领域的研究现状,总结了浅层气的储层特征和分布规律。
The development of shale gas initiates in the U.S..The shale gas is the exploration key and hot spot for the current domestic unconventional gas reservoir.The paper gave a brief introduction to the state of domestic and foreign exploration and development to the shale gas.Because the industrialized exploitation of shale gas has the feature of low output,which needs to adopt the new corresponding drilling techniques to shorten drilling period and reduce the cost.In order to correctly stick horizons,find reservoirs,accurately forecast engineering abnormalities and oil-gas shows,mud logging mainly applies micro drilling time,rock drillability,gas logging,rock pyrolysis,cutting micro image,gamma while drilling and other techniques to carry out evaluations to the reservoirs of shale gas,which has got some good effects.During the cooperation of Chuanqing Mud Logging Company with Shell Oil Company,we found on the related requirements and practices of Shell Mud Logging Company in the aspects of data acquisition,data accuracy,well control abnormality,mud logging reports,safety management and personnel ability,there are a lot of experience,which is worthy for domestic mud logging to study and use as reference.
Based on the outcrop features and conventional petrophysical properties,the reservoir characteristics of T1j2 of Zhaigouwan structure in eastern Sichuan are studied.The result shows that the reservoir rocks are mainly composed of crystal grain dolomite and particle dolomite.The reservoir spaces are mainly intercrystal pores and dissolved pores. The reservoir properties are poor.The reservoir types are fracture-pore and pore-fracture.Reservoirs mainly developed in T1j22 along longititudinal direction,less in T1j21 and partly in T1j23.Reservoirs of T1j22 developed well in Zhaigou 2 well and Zhaigou 4 well,while reservoirs of T1 j21 developed well in Zhaigou 4 well.Sedimentation not only controls the development and distribution of reservoir,but also affects the basic pattern of reservoir and the type and intensity of diagenesis.It is the dominated factor controlling the reservoir development.Diagenesis determines the reservoir space and reservoir performance,and directly influences the forming and evolution of pore space.Tectonism provides conditions for the above activities.
