新一轮的医疗改革活动对于医院管理工作提出了新的要求,医院办公室管理工作也需要进一步的创新优化。本文通过对传统医院办公室管理工作困境的分析,提出新形势下医院办公室管理工作要点以及医院办公室管理工作的创新改革方案,对于医院现代化管理工作落实具有一定的参考价值。

青岛炼化干气法制乙苯/苯乙烯联合装置第一周期平稳运行46个月,影响装置长周期运行的主要因素为原料催化干气携带脱硫剂、焦粉、重组分等杂质,引起原料换热器堵塞;新鲜苯带水及碱,引起烷基化催化剂、烷基转移催化剂中毒失活.通过已实施的干气系统脱液流程改造及后续建议的原料换热器增加跨线,或增上旋风分离设施等措施,将干气携带杂质的影响降至最低;通过对原料苯及循环苯中水含量及中性试验指标的重点监控、精细化监控方案的实行,原料苯带水及碱引起催化剂中毒的问题基本解决;通过对影响催化剂运行的温度、压力、苯/烯比、苯/多乙苯比、水比等关键参数的合理控制,实现烷基化、烷基转移及脱氢催化剂的超设计运行.装置运行期间逐步实施了催化干气中丙烯最大化回收、烃化尾气综合利用、中压凝液能量综合利用等技措项目.
Based on the 150t/a continuous catalytic reforming unit in SINOPEC Qingdao Refining Corp., Ltd,researchers at the company established a stationary-state process simulation model using process simulation software Aspen Plus,in which the operating conditions of the catalytic reformer and the fractionating section after reforming are identical to the actual working conditions.These researchers carried out a comprehensive analysis of components of the reforming unit including the stripper,naphtha fractionator,isopentane-removing tower,pentane-removing tower,butane-removing tower,C6-removing tower,toluene-removing tower and xylene tower.To save energy and maximize economic benefits,they optimized operating parameters for the stripper,naphtha fractionator,C6-removing tower,toluene-removing tower and xylene tower.After the parameter opti-mization,a total of 300m3/h (at standard atmospheric pressure) of fuel gas,88m3/h of N2 (at 0.7MPa) and 4t/h of steam (at 1.0MPa) were saved,equivalent to generating 7.8036 million Yuan in revenue per year.In addition,the content of benzene in the oil at the bottom of the C6 removing tower dropped to 0.2% from 1.2% .The amount of benzene recovered from the oil reached 1t/h.The recovery of xylene rose to 19.85% from 19.01% and xylene output rose by 1.5t/h.If calculations are based on the difference between the prices of benzene,xylene and gasoline,the recovery of benzene and xylene could generate an additional 33.6 million Yuan in revenue per year.The combined benefits from the optimization to the unit could reach 41.4036 million Yuan per year.
Objective To analyze the etiology, clinical features, complications and therapy effi cacy of infantile hepatitis syndrome. Methods Retrospective analysis of the database was performed on patients present with the onset of infant, jaundice, hepatomegaly and liver function abnormalities. Detect TORCH- IgM and TORCH-IgG by the way of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, also adopt imageology and metabolic disease screening methods. 21 cases infected by TORCH were treated with Ganciclovir. Results Of the 44 patients with infantile hepatitis syndrome, 24 of which were identifi ed to be infected by pathogenic micro-organism, the infective rate was 54.5%; All cases came for persistent jaundice or delayed regression, .and suffered Hepatic function damage. 44 cases were offered ordinary therapy, 14 days were set as a course of treatment, indexes for evaluating curative effects such as ALT, TBIL, DBIL and liver size degraded markedly(P0.001). Effective power came to 86.4% after 1 to 3 courses of treatment. Conclusion TORCH infection is still the chief cause of infant hepatitis syndrome, most cases came for persistent jaundice or delayed regression. IHS usually combines with multisystem damages, with ordinary therapy, therapy effi cacy is identifi ed.
Objective To study the extraction methods of flavonoids from hawthorn fruits. Methods Using different methods to extract flavonoids from hawthorn fruits.Results The highest extract rate(2.00%) was got through the method of continuous distillation,then seperating different parts by adsorbent resin. Comparatively high extract rate (1.96%) was got through the method of 60% ethanol ultrasonic extract, then seperating different parts by adsorbent resin. Conclusion 60% ethanol ultrasonic extract then seperating different parts by adsorbent resin is a good method to get flavonoids from hawthorn fruits.
