废钢作为转炉炼钢最重要的入炉金属炉料之一,废钢金属收得率的高低直接影响着转炉的钢铁料耗与入炉金属料成本等技术经济指标,也决定着采购废钢的性价比.通过准确测算各种类型废钢得收得率,可有效优化废钢结构,完善废钢验收标准,调整采购定价,大大降低了炼钢成本,增加企业的经济效益.
The effect of metal temperature, initial sulfur content in metal, stirring time, rotational speed and adding amount of desulphurizer on desulphurization results of a 80 t KR hot metal pretreatment unit has been studied. The results showed that with increasing metal temperature the desulphurization effects increased, and with 0.043%-0.046% S in metal, metal temperature 1 290-1 310℃, adding desulphurizer 600-650 kg (metal temperature 1 340-1 350℃, adding 450-550 kg), stirring 5-8 min at rotational speed 85-90 round/min, the desulphurization effects were better.
The thermodynamics,kinetics and some major factors which affect the degree of desulphurization are described.It is pointed out that the main granularity is composed of 0.6 to 0.9mm,deeper spout can improve the effect of desulfurization.At the same time,selecting reasonable injection pressure and speed,appropriate molten iron temperature and the injection quantity of desulphurizer can lay a good foundation for exerting the process predominance and reducing the desulphurization cost.
