The effects of different kinds of auxins,rooting inducement modes,subculture times and supporting substances of the medium on the rooting of isolated jasmine seedlings were studied.The results showed that two-step rooting mode,i.e.,pre-cultivating rootless shoots on the rooting medium containing 1/2 WPM and NAA 1.0 mg/L for 7 days(first step),followed by being transferring to blank medium containing only 1/2 WPM(second step),was the optimal rooting inducement method,it could obtain a rooting rate as high as 98.41%.Rooting ability of the test-tube shoots subcultured for 1~4 times was better than that subcultured for 5~ 6 times.Moreover,vermiculite was the best supporting substance of the medium for rooting inducement.100% rooting rate and 97.14% survival rate of transplanting were obtained on vermiculite,the root vigor,activities of POD and SOD in roots on vermiculite were higher than those on other supporting substances.
The effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and IBA on induction of bud germination,and proliferation of jasmine at different temperatures were studied.Moreover,effects of different concentrations of NAA and rooting culture modes on rooting were investigated.Results showed that the highest bud induction rate of 96.75% was obtained in the WPM medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L IBA.The best proliferation with a shoot proliferation coefficient of 5.31 was observed in the WPM medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA at 35℃.The optimal rooting culture mode was two-step rooting method,i.e.,pre-culturing shoots on the rooting medium of 1/2WPM+NAA 1.0 mg/L for 7 days,then transferring pre-cultured shoots to 1/2WPM without supplement of any plant growth regulators.The rooting rate was up to 98.41%.
The characteristics of Ansai extra low permeability oil filed are the strong heterogeneity of reservoirs,the big starting pressure difference and driving pressure gradient,the natural fracture development and the declining productivity index after water breakthrough.These factors are showing increasing negative effects on waterflooding in Ansai oil field.Based on the years of experiments that have been perfomed in Ansai oil field,the optimization of the water-injection parameters,the classification of fine water-injection units,the modification of water-injection profile and the optimization of the injection-production pattern were performed.Basic methods and main features of the exploration of Ansai Oilfield were concluded;the timing of advancing waterflooding and well startup were proposed;the methods and features of enhanced water injection and unstable waterflooding was reached;the key mothod of triplicate fine waterflooding as a countermeasure for reservoir heterogeneity was brought forward;the practical application of section adjusting and well net pattern optimization was analyzed and evaluated.,The results may provide referential technical experience and guidance to future oil field exploration.
Based on field survey,it is identified that the non-point sources of Wuli Lake are from urban roads,residential areas,agriculture,and fertilization of greensward.The pollutants flow into lake through rivers,lakeshore and atmosphere precipitation during raining.According to characteristics of environment,the watershed is divided into 3 pollution control zones: landscape tourism management zone of southwest mountain(A),pollution control zone of north New City Zone(B) and comprehensive improvement zone of southeast agriculture and fishery(C).The pollution control strategies of non-point sources was suggested that the protection of terricolous vegetation and restoration of riparian vegetation was suitable for zone A,the reconstruction of riparian,estuarine and riverway vegetation and the applying of constructed wetlands was suitable for zone B,and the engineering of organic agriculture,sewage treatment,stabilization lagoon and riverway ecological purification was suitable for zone C.
Regime shift theory of shallow lakes was presented about several aspects of shift process,stable threshold and stable resilience between stable state of clear water and turbid water.Influence factors for resilience and regime shift power were summarized in stable state of clear water and turbid water.The succession of aquatic plants community and regime shift process by lake eutrophication were analyzed.According to regime shift theory and ecological restoration practices in Wulihu bay of lake Taihu,it was brought forward that regime shift power of ecological restoration is to improve habitat condition.Finally,the improving habitat measures was expatiated on reducing nutrient concentration,enhancing water clarity,cleanup of some fish,reforming bottom environment,controlling water level,and decreasing wave by enclosure,etc.
