某1000 MW超超临界机组配备的3台凝结水泵,在机组分部试运期间轴承相继严重损坏。通过对几台凝结水泵运行、结构、设计计算方面的分析,最终判断造成该故障的原因是凝结水泵工频改为变频运行后,在低转速下,轴承油位在正常水平时无法将足够的润滑油供送到轴承处,造成轴承润滑不足,进而导致轴承烧毁。在采取制订提高轴承油位、限制凝结水泵最低转速的措施后,这几台凝结水泵恢复正常运行。
