社会节奏加快,使得人们的碎片化学习需求不断增加,移动设备的普及促使在线教育得以进一步发展,其中,以"听音频、学知识"为主的音频课也在逐渐兴起并被越来越多学习者认可,为了帮助官兵更好地在移动端中进行自主学习提升,军事职业教育互联网平台开始对音频课进行了初步的建设和探索发展.通过对比军地音频课发展情况,分析军事职业教育下已开设的音频课现状,以军事职业教育为大背景来探讨音频课程的建设思路与建议.
According to increasing maintenance requirements of dispatching automation system,dispatching automation integrated alarm system is developed and applied,which reduces the use of human power and guarantees the security and reliability operation of automation system by using reasonable system structure,and technologies such as alarm correlation,alarm plan management and alarm district management.
The standard lifting algorithm of JPEG2000 is analyzed and modified.The wavelet coefficients adopt CSD coding after flipping.Shift-add operations are adopted to implement multiplier with a constant coefficient.This paper analyses the roundoff error,modifies the lifting step and adopts the pipeline design.A efficient parallel architecture is proposed to increase the transform speed and achieve higher hardware utilization.
The introduction of lifting scheme makes the fast hardware implementation of DWT come true.The flipping structure speeds up further the computation for lifting-based architecture.The roundoff error of the flipping structure is analyzed.Based on the flipping structure,the lifting step is modified and an efficient hardware structure for DWT derived from flipping structure is proposed.Experimental results show that the proposed structure,which adopts the pipeline design,could effectively make full use of the arithmetic resources under the condition of the tight critical path.
