关注设施专题图是水利施工、灾害预防的重要参考资料.为减少制图工作量,解决该专题图制作周期长的问题,提出了应急保障时利用基于影像背景的关注设施专题图替代传统专题图的方法,并讨论了二者的差异,为不同时机采用不同类型的专题图提供了参考依据.
针对地理数据利用现状中存在的问题,通过对不同地理数据库数据存储、管理、制图方法的研究后,采用MapStore平台,阐述了转换集模型的原理,并提出了相应的数据制图改化原则与数据再利用的技术方案.通过该模型在云南省数据改化实践中的应用,证明该模型有效提高了地理数据的利用效率,加快了地图的生产速度,与传统的地图更新制图相比更具有优越性,对促进测绘地形图数据高效利用与共享有着重要意义.
The article describes the process of geometric correction of satellite imagery using ERDAS IMAGINE,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using the polynomial transform as a geometric correction model.Selection and interpretation of ground control points(GCP) is a key step for image rectification,the author summarizes the laws and experiences of GCP selection in the actualoperation.
License plate location is one of important technique in License plate recognition system.The quality of license plate location affects the results of character recognition directly.The method based on projection and mathematical morphology for license plate location was proposed.Firstly,the image preprocessing is done and the horizontal projection algorithm is used to determine the upper and lower boundary of the license plate.Then,iterated morphological is used to determine the left and right boundary of the license plate.Finally,precision positioning is done.The experimental results show that the method has a higher positioning accuracy.
This paper briefly introduces HTML 5 technique and the basic concept of HeatMap,then designs the API that can produce HeatMap thematic map based on HTML 5 technique and can be integrated with mainstream Web map platforms including OpenStreet Map,Google Map and Baidu Map,and in the end discusses the advantages of applying HTML 5 in WebGIS.
