以柏木油为原料,对柏木油中罗汉柏木烯异构化生成Olefin B的催化剂种类及影响因素进行了对比研究.结果表明,以多聚磷酸为催化剂,质量比为柏木油∶冰醋酸∶多聚磷酸=45∶18∶8,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3h,Olefin B含量可达10.3%,产率25.8%.
Fast pyrolysis is a method of utilization of biomass thermal conversion.It has broad prospect because of high liquid yield.This article has developed and designed a new propeller type stirred bed fast pyrolysis reactor.The best process parameters are found according to change reaction temperature,motor speed and feed rate separately by using 3 kg/h small sample machine.According to investigate fast pyrolysis oil of Larch,the relative percentages of the highest concentration are ketones,aldehydes,phenols and acids.The phenols could substitute phenol to manufacture phenolic resin adhesive.
利用热重仪对黑液热解行为进行研究,毛白杨碱性亚硫酸盐-蒽醌(AS-AQ)法制浆的黑液热解分为4个阶段.随着升温速率的提高,DTG曲线峰值温度增加,侧峰数量减少,剩余固体量增加.采用Zsok(o)法研究不同阶段动力学参数,结果表明:第一和第三阶段反应级数为1,第二阶段反应级数为4,第四阶段反应级数为2.在整个热解过程中的两个主要阶段为第二阶段(150~450℃)和第三阶段(450~650℃),升温速率为40 ℃/min时活化能最低,分别为87.380和99.294 kJ/mol;随着升温速率的升高,150~450℃区间活化能降低,450~650℃活化能呈现递增趋势.
The aim of the research is to study liquid products obtained from black liquor pyrolysis qualitatively and quantitatively with gas chromatographic/mass spectrometric. Liquid products such as phenols, ketones, olefinic matters and esters were obtained by the self-made reactor under ideal condition. The species of the liquid products grew with the pyrolysis temperature. There were 28 kinds of liquid products when the temperature reached to 773K. The study centered on the percentage of phenolics of different pyrolysis temperature. The analysis of pyrograms showed that the yield of Guaiacol decreased significantly before 743K. When the temperature was 743K, the percentage of Phenol, O-cresol and M-cresol was highest with 9.15%, 26.54% and 27.16% respectively.
With self-made bio-oil pyrolyzed by larch as raw material,an extracting phenol-rich oil from bio-oil was prepared.Then with the phenol-rich oil as modifier of urea formaldehyde resin(UF),the influences of phenol-rich oil contents on properties of modified UF adhesive were investigated.The results showed that the complex phenol-rich oil include 53.87% phenolic compounds.The modified UF adhesive had better combination property,the bonding strength(1.23 MPa) and formaldehyde emission(1.05 mg/L) of three layers poplar-plywood pressed by the modified UF adhesive were better than those by the unmodified UF adhesive when mass fraction of phenol-rich oil was 10% in urea.
Bio-oil and coke which is composed of char and alkali are obtained through the pyrolysis of black liquor.e results showed that:fast pyrolysis is conducive to the comprehensive utilization of black liquor,turning the lignin of black liquor into biooil that contains abundant phenols.GC-MS analysis proves that bio-oil is mainly composed of ten kinds of phenols,six types of ketones and five unsaturated hydrocarbons,including percentage content of phenols up to 88.02%.It is the best alternative of phenol to synthetic phenolic resin.eoretically,alkali can be efficiently recovered by fast pyrolysis.
The kinetics of pyrolysis of black liquor was studied via thermogravimetric analysis of 10℃/min,20℃/min,40℃/min,50℃/min with Zsoko method.The results show that the process of kinetics consists of 4 stages,three of which have obvious weight loss peaks and the third stage has a weight-loss platform.Because the kinetics of pyrolysis is complicated,each temperature stage was taken as independent object to describe the pyrolysis behavior with different mechnism functions.In the stage of 150~450℃ pyrolysis of organic phase,the activation energy goes down with the increase of heating rates and the water content.
The paper mainly classify 4 to 7 years old Populus×euramericana from Heze region,analyzed their fiber morphology,chemical composition and pulping properties.The results showed that the 4-year-old Populus×euramericana'Neva'possesses the relatively low lignin content and the highest cellulose content,being 22.78% and 79.32% respectively;further-more,its kappa number and K/Y ratio(the ratio of kappa number and yeild) were the lowest,being 16.3 and 0.304,and the pulping yield reached 53.6%,its viscosity of moderate was 1 190mL·g-1.The results indicate that 4-year-old Populus×euramerican'aNeva'is an suitable wood for pulping.
The passage mainly classifies 5-year-old Populus×euramericana cv.'74/76' by different regions(Shunyi,Heze,Langfang),analyzes their fiber morphology,chemical composition and pulping properties.The results show that the Populus×euramericana cv.'74/76' on the sandy soil from Shunyi possesses the relatively low lignin content and the highest cellulose content,being21.58% and 81.02% respectively;furthermore,at the same AS-AQ cooking condition,its Kappa number and K/Y ratio are the lowest,being 17.98 and 0.341,and the pulping yield is the highest,reaching 52.69%,its viscosity of moderate is 1112mL/g.The results indicate that the Populus×euramericana cv.'74/76' on the sandy soil from Shunyi is a suitable wood for pulping.
This passage mainly studies fiveyear Populus ×euramericana from Shunyi region, analyze their fiber morphology, chemical composition and pulping properties. The results showed that the cellulose content of Populous Canadensis Moench the highest, which is 85.89%.Its Klason lignin content is 21.45%, aspect ratio is the highest of all samples, at 54. At the same time the pulping yield reached 51.32 %, K / Y ratio is best suited for pulping. While the physical properties of paper is better. Therefore, The results indicate that the Populous Canadensis Moench is an suitable wood for pulping.
对顺义、菏泽和廊坊三个地区不同树龄欧美杨107的化学成分、纤维形态以及制浆性能进行对比研究。结果表明,顺义地区的壤土四年生欧美杨107的木素含量最低为21.91%,综纤维素含量高达86.24%,卡伯值和K/Y值均最低,分别为14.5和0.279,粗浆得率最高为52.0%,黏度适中1186mL/g,制浆性能优于其它欧美杨107试样。
