Huck rivet transverse vibration test rig is designed and developed to adapt mass coercive spot-check of railway truck.Hydraulic technology was applied in the test rig.The signal could be acquired by DAQ(data acquisition) and be processed by the LabVEIW software and hardware.The quality of Huck Rivet could be verified and the result of inspection could be stored,inquired and printed and so on,by the virtual system.The testing results show that the project of Huck Rivet Transverse Vibration Test Rig is correct.
