鼻部皮肤缺损,由于部位的特殊性,其修复一直是临床上较为棘手的难题.扩张后的鼻唇沟皮瓣肤色、质地、厚度与鼻背皮肤相近,为我们提供了就地取材修复的良好供区.自2006年元月至今,我们共收治8例鼻部皮损患者,使用鼻唇沟扩张皮瓣修复均取得良好效果,可以推广应用。

Objective To repair the facial soft tissue injuries with aesthetic surgery methods and technique.Methods We repaired 38 emergency traumatic cases with aesthetic surgery methods and technique according to the condition of an injury.Results All cases curative effect was satisfaction.The injures healed up rapidly,with no displacement of the anatomical landmarks.The scar is imperceptibility.Conclusion It can reduce postoperative scar and abnormality that we applied aesthetic surgery methods and technique to repair the facial trauma.
