The study was researched about ultrasonic extraction process of flavones from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge leaf. The content of flavones in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge leaf was determined by four factors including ethanol volume ,solid -to -liquid ratio ,extraction tempreture ,extraction time and ultrasonic power. Based on the single factor, the study determined the optimal process conditions by response surface experiments. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were percent of ethanol volume 60% , solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶10(g/mL),extraction tempreture 65℃ ,extraction time 31min and ultrasonic power as 70Hz. Under these conditions, the flavones extracted from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge leaf yields was 4.06%.
[Objective]The paper was to study the inhibitory effects of four Chinese herbal extracts containing Pyrola rotundifolia against Monilinia fructicola.[Method]Three-time-impregnation method was used to extract Chinese herbs. The antifungal activity was determined by methods of mycelial growth rate, sporulation per unit area and germination rate on slide.[Result]Pyrola, clove, licorice and kudzu root extracts in vitro had different degrees of inhibition effects on vegetative growth, conidia production and germination of M.fructicola, which also had certain degree of destruction effect on mycelial cells.Growth inhibition rate of Pyrola extract against M.fructicola reached 80%,and that of water vapor extract of clove was more than 90%.It also had significant destruction effect on mycelial cells, and could inhibit the production and germination of conidia.[Conclusion]Inhibition effects of Pyrola extract and water vapor extract of clove were obvious, indicating that they had antifungal composition.
