The domestic 9 000 m drilling rig has developed rapidly and has reached the international leading level in drilling depth and variable frequency drive. However, the integration application of intelligent automation key technologies is still lagging behind. By reviewing the development history of domestic ultra-deep well drilling rigs and the development trend of foreign drilling equipment automation, the gap of high-end drilling equipment between China and foreign countries is revealed. The key technologies for the development of 9 000 m intelligent drilling rigs are introduced. The 9 000 m intelligent drilling rig integrates fast moving technology and humanized design concept, which intensively applies the research results by the Shandong Kerui Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the field of intelligent automation. For the first time, the towing technology is applied to the 9 000 m drilling rig, which can realize multiple fast moving modes under different transportation conditions. The humanized design concept is integrated into the design of the rig, providing the operator with a safe, healthy, environmentally friendly and comfortable working environment.
By analyzing the main factors affecting the rig’s transport performance, the design concept of module integration, trailer-mounted transport, quick disassembly and fast-moving rig is proposed. Considering the flat and wide transportation conditions in the Middle East, ZJ40/2250DBT desert fast-moving trailer-mounted rig is developed. The whole set of rig is integrated into 11 trailer-mounted transport modules, which can be quickly disassembled and assembled. The main components can be quickly converted between the working state and the transport state. For the first time, the substructure and the ramp are integrated into the host module to realize heavy-duty trailer-mounted transportation, resulting in relieved load of trailer. The derrick is designed in triple-section upright type without guy line with high operation efficiency. The drawworks module has a reasonable layout and compact structure. The comprehensive application of AC frequency conversion technology and hydraulic drive technology improves the automation of the rig,which has good moving capability and excellent explosion-proof, sand prevention and high temperature resistance performance.
液气分离器在欠平衡钻井技术中应用广泛,种类虽多,工作原理基本相同.液封高度是决定液气分离器处理量的重要参数.通过比较地层气体在水基钻井液与油基钻井液中的赋存状态,选取典型气侵实例,分别计算出使用两种钻井液时所需的最小液封高度.计算过程表明,液封高度与地层气体在钻井液中的析出形式密切相关,同时受液气分离器简体尺寸以及排气口、排液口尺寸的影响.
现河庄油田河43断块经过近40年勘探开发,产量逐年递减.为提高采收率,以断块内主要储集层沙一段、沙二段为目的层进行精细油藏描述,建立了油藏地质模型.通过分析本区构造特征,新发现断块内多条控油小断层,对分析剩余油藏潜力有重要作用;详细分析了断层与砂体在油气成藏过程中的作用以及沉积相对油层厚度的影响,确定本区油藏形成的主控因素为断层与沉积相;通过分析各段油藏的控制因素,在油藏类型方面形成新认识;通过对储集层沉积特征与分布特征的研究确定了本区油气分布特征.以上研究成果对河43断块的挖潜稳产具有重要意义.
The low temperature region is rich in oil resources,but the temperature in the region is extremely low,ordinary drill rig is difficult to adapt,need to meet -45 ℃ or even lower environ-ment temperature operation of drilling rig.Based on a low temperature drilling rig project,the in-tegrated solutions of drilling operation in low temperature area was put forward,the 4000m low temperature drill rig was developed for the Russian market.Field application shows that the drill rig well satisfies the needs of drilling operation in low temperature environment.
The rapid development of petroleum equipment industry sets higher demands for noise control in the rig yard.It is necessary to take action to control the main source of noise from fuel gensets.Based on one 9 000mrig project abroad,the noise source and property of the fuel gensets was analysed,and the noise control solution specifically during the design for the power house was proposed.By comparing the noise levels before and after the solution executed,the noise levels of gensets has a greatly reduction.
