The micro public welfare Plays an increasingly important role in the key period of China's social transformation.Based on the field survey data,the paper describe the impact factors to the will of China's residents to participate in community micro public welfare activities.Using Logit regression model,Emphasis on analysing the influence factors of the community management to the willing of residents participate in community micro public welfare.The regression results shows that community self-help atmosphere play an important role on the willing of residents to participate in community micro public welfare activities.That is community self-help ethos better,residents willing to participate in community micro public welfare activities more intense.On the basis of these research conclusions,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the community management perspective In order to promote the development of community micro public welfare.

社区是社会的细胞,是推动整个社会和谐、向前的动力.而社区微公益活动作为社区文明水平与和谐程度的重要反映,在构建和谐社会中发挥着极其重要的作用.调查发现,目前我国社区微公益活动存在着社区居民参与微公益活动少、制度规范不健全、社会大环境较差等一系列问题.究其原因,关键在于微公益理念淡薄.而要想解决这一思想层面的问题,必须借助我国传统优秀文化.儒家思想作为我国传统文化的核心,在当代社区微公益活动中具有重要的作用.因此,要推动社区微公益活动的开展,必须发扬“仁爱”以建立居民间互帮互助关系,倡导“尚礼”以加强社区规范管理,树立“诚信”以优化微公益活动的社会环境.
