This paper studies actual cost and standard cost of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupuncture treatment and compares them with the charge standards,which can provide a reference for adjusting the price standard of acupuncture treatment project in different levels of TCM hospitals in Zhejiang province.

This paper collected treatment cost and effectiveness data of Chinese medicine or western medicine in treatment of the same disease in grassroots medical institutions through retrospective study.Cost-effectiveness analysis was used to analyze treatment costs for the patients who were treated by Chinese medicine or western medicine with same treatment effectiveness.Chinese medicine service was cheap,which was proven by empirical research.Therefore,it was suggested to promote the utilization of Chinese medicine in grassroots medical institutions.

从卫生行政管理人员对我国中医预防保健服务现状评价的调查发现:中医预防保健的特色及优势是慢性病防治的有力武器;中医医院和社区卫生服务机构等已具备开展中医预防保健的能力,但仍需大力研究和开发中医预防保健的服务产品;中医预防保健人员队伍建设还存在很大不足,迫切需要得到重视;国家政策落实需要讲究科学性。
