埕岛油田目前共有注水井270口,其中分注井239口,占88%,最多细分层位达7层,近几年采油厂通过完善注采井网、细分精细注水工艺有效保障了油田开发效果.但对井斜超过50°的大斜度注水井,目前常用的测调一体化细分工艺无法实施有效测调,细分注水效果受到一定制约.通过分析大井斜对目前测调一体化工艺的制约因素,明确了测调机构下入对接困难与配水器测调扭矩大是主要制约因素,针对性攻关精准对接与小扭矩测调的大斜度新型测调一体化工艺.调研不受井斜影响的电控智能测调技术,其核心装置是电控智能配水器.结合埕岛油田长效分注需求,试验推广有缆式智能分层精细注水工艺,通过钢管电缆对智能配水器供电、控制与信号传输,一方面实现大斜度精准测调,另一方面实现实时高效测调,可更加有效保障大斜度注水井细分注水效果.
注水开发是目前胜利埕岛油田最主要的驱油手段,地层的不均质性决定了要实施分层注水,陆地传统应用的分层注水测调工艺工作量大,不能满足海上特殊的施工要求,新研发的一体化测调工艺采用边测边调的方式实现对注水井的测试与调配,较好的解决了这一难题.测调一体化配水器是整个工艺中一个重要的组成部分,其可调性与可靠性直接影响到整个工艺的性能.先后研发拉套式、旋转套式和阀片式三种结构形式,以更好的适应井下工作环境.
The technology of uneven perforation has been developed and successfully applied to horizontal wells on account of the problems of uneven production fluid profile and high perforation cost,especially for sophisticated horizontal interval where openhole completion is impossible.This technology can adjust overall flow resistance through adjusting perforation density at upstream and downstream horizontal sections to improve the low producing degree due to wellbore flow friction at the middle and toe sections of horizontal interval,thus modified production fluid profile,achieved uniform oil drainage,and improved horizontal well development result.Very good result has been received in respects of perforation optimization and cost reduction.
