The transplanted cotton following rape harvest is a main crop pattern of cotton cultivation in the Yangtze River Valley. This planting pattern has the advantage of higher land use percentage and labour productivity compared to the pre-vailing cropping patterns. Qwing to the limited growth period,cotton yield and fiber quality usually decrease to a certain ex-tent. In 2012-2013,the bolls flowering at Jul.5,Jul.15,Jul.25,Aug.5,Aug.15,Aug.25 and Sep.5 were analyzed for their quality characters. The result showed that the best boll setting period was from Aug.15 to Aug.25. In this period,the boll's charac-ters,such as the boll setting percentage, boll weight and lint percentage were higher,and the non pregnant seed rate was lower. The fiber quality was also better and suitable for spinning medium count yarn,with detailed value of fiber length 28 mm,specific strength 26 cN/tex, Mic value 5 and spinning consistence index 130.

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了鹊肾树叶中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Sr、Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd等11种无机元素的含量,该方法简单、快速、准确,加标回收率为95.35%—104.70%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%。研究结果表明,鹊肾树叶中富含多种人体所必需的无机元素。
ASTER GDEM,the newest global DEM,consists of 22,600 1°-by-1° tiles covering land surfaces between 83°N and 83°S latitude.The elevation accuracy is 20 meters and the horizontal positioning accuracy is 30 meters(both at 95% confidence level).The paper analyzed the data accuracy of ASTER GDEM,and then introduced its application in oil prospecting.
With the extension of oil and gas exploration to complex areas,the difficulty of the 3D seismic data acquisition is becoming increasingly.It is impossible to choose shot points exactly by hand because many shot points lie in forbidden shooting regions in complex areas.The paper offers a method based on GDI plus to create and store the forbidden shooting regions which results in auto-choosing shot points correctly.The practical application shows that the method works reliably in high speed and satisfactory results have been achieved.
采用分光光度法测定鹊肾树叶各提取物对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力及其还原能力。结果表明:鹊肾树叶各提取物均有很好的抗氧化活性,其中以乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化活性最强,甚至优于人工合成抗氧化剂BHT。鹊肾树叶乙酸乙酯提取物是一种很好的天然抗氧化剂,有很好的开发价值。
OBJECTIVE:To study the structure of the polysaccharides constituents in the fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey.METHODS:SGPS2 was purified by DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography, the component and structure of SGPS2 were analyzed on the basis of spectral and chemical studies by HPLC, IR analysis, partial hydrolysis with acid, methylation analysis, GC and 13C-NMR.RESULTS:The molecular weight of SGPS2 was 650 000. Polysaccharide was composed of L- made up of (1 --> 2, 4) linked rhamnose, (1 --> 4) linked rhamnose residues in main chain; and (1 --> 2) linked rhamnose, (1 --> 3) linked rhamnose in side chains. Terminal residues attached main chain to rhamnose.CONCLUSION:SGPS2 was composed of rhamnose and curonic acid.

By studying the algorithms of single pattern matching, five factors that have effect on time complexity of the algorithm are analyzed. The five factors are: sorting the characters of pattern string in an increasing order of using frequency, utilizing already-matched pattern suffix information, utilizing already-matched pattern prefix information, utilizing the position factor which is absorbed from quick search algorithm, and utilizing the continue-skip idea which is originally proposed by this paper. Combining all the five factors, a new single pattern matching algorithm is implemented. It’s proven by the experiment that the efficiency of new algorithm is the best of all algorithms.
The leaves of Streblus asper were extracted with 75% ethanol,and then the extracts were separated with column chromatography of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative thin-layer chromatography.Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses,especially NMR;they are:perlolyrine(Ⅰ),flazine(Ⅱ),1-acetyl-β-carboline(Ⅲ),oleanolic acid(Ⅳ),α-boswellic acid(Ⅴ) and β-boswellic acid(Ⅵ).Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were isolated from S.asper for the first time.
