Because of better developed corrosion holes and cracks in Ordovician Kelimoli group and Bench Mt group of the western Ordos Basin, Changqing Gas field, and lower formation pressure coefficient, lost circulation and reservoir damage problems have always constrained gas exploration and development in the region. In recent years, the aerated nitrogen drilling supporting technology was researched in Lower Paleozoic formation of the western Ordos Basin, including gas injection fluid parameter optimization, aerated nitrogen drilling equipment, well control safety, and etc. Field test has obtained success, solving the lost circulation problem in Lower Paleozoic formation, obtaining better effect in reservoir protection and speed raising, and providing new ways for exploration and development of the western Ordos Basin, and then it provided guidance for lost circulation treatment and aerated nitrogen drilling operation.
充气泥浆钻井技术在国外应用比较普遍,国内近些年在大庆、华北、长庆、四川等油气田也进行了推广应用。该技术可有效解决钻进过程中出现的地层漏失问题,并能提高机械钻速,缩短建井周期。靖平51-13井在钻进至延长组地层时出现恶性漏失,传统堵漏方法效果很不明显。应用充气泥浆后完成1070米进尺,达到二开设计井深并顺利固井。
气体钻井目前在国内外得到广泛的应用和发展,它具有提高机械钻速、降低钻井成本、最大限度地保护储层等巨大优势。我国空气钻井装备研发工作起步较晚,设备多为进口或带有较强的仿制色彩,存在某些不合理、不安全的地方,尤其供气管线的阀门设计不够合理,自动化操作程度不高。因此,对供气管线进行优化,对提高空气钻井的安全性显得尤为重要。
