[目的]评估氟吡呋喃酮对黄胸散白蚁的毒性及水平传递效果.[方法]测定不同浓度氟吡呋喃酮对黄胸散白蚁的毒性,以及在黄胸散白蚁间的水平传递效应.[结果]毒力测试显示,0.8 μg/mL氟吡呋喃酮处理黄胸散白蚁5d后,白蚁的死亡率接近100%,其LC50为0.241 μg/mL.氟吡呋喃酮对黄胸散白蚁表现出较好的毒杀活性.水平传递结果显示,氟吡呋喃酮1h处理,药剂浓度为 0.5 μg/mL时,授药白蚁和受药白蚁的死亡率在5、7、10、14 d时有显著差异;氟吡呋喃酮2h处理,药剂浓度为1.0 μg/mL时,授药白蚁和受药白蚁的死亡率在1、3 d时有显著差异;氟吡呋喃酮4h处理,受药白蚁死亡率与授药白蚁死亡率基本一致,甚至超过授药白蚁死亡率,表明氟吡呋喃酮在黄胸散白蚁间的传递效果明显.[结论]氟吡呋喃酮具有发展为白蚁防治药剂的前景.
目的 建立一种测定白蚁预防工程土壤中吡虫啉和氟虫腈残留的Sin-QuEChERS结合液相色谱串联质谱分析方法.方法 预防工程土壤经0.1%甲酸-乙腈提取后,经Sin-QuEChERS Nano净化柱净化,流动相由2 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含0.1%甲酸)、甲醇进行梯度洗脱,采用串联质谱(MS/MS)多反应监测模式(MRM)对样品进行检测,采用外标法进行定量分析.结果 吡虫啉、氟虫腈在0.002~0.5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,吡虫啉相关系数(R2)为0.998 0,氟虫腈(R2)为0.998 6.以新建预防工程土壤为基质,在0.02、0.05、0.2 mg/kg水平下,吡虫啉和氟虫腈的添加回收率范围在80.5%~93.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.62%~9.17%之间(n=6),两种药物的定量限(LOQ)均为0.003 mg/kg,检出限(LOD)均为0.001 mg/kg.结论 本方法操作简单,重现性好,适用于新建房屋白蚁预防工程土壤中吡虫啉和氟虫腈的同时快速测定与定量分析.
目的 了解和掌握南通市古建筑白蚁危害现状,加强南通市古建筑的保护.方法 采用现场普查的方法,并采取全面调查和重点调查相结合的方式,对南通市崇川、港闸、通州和经济开发区范围内43处市级以上文物保护单位的古建筑进行白蚁危害现状调查.将在古建筑内和外围环境中采集的白蚁制作成标本,带回实验室进行形态学鉴定,并依据相关评定标准,对古建筑白蚁危害等级进行评定.结果 2019年3月4日至7月15日共计调查古建筑43处,发现其中25处古建筑遭受了不同程度的白蚁危害,古建筑白蚁危害率为58.1%.对采集到的白蚁标本进行鉴定,发现古建筑白蚁危害种类有1科2属3种,其中鼻白蚁科散白蚁属有2种,为黑胸散白蚁和黄胸散白蚁;鼻白蚁科乳白蚁属有1种,为台湾乳白蚁.经过统计分析,古建筑危害主要以散白蚁属为主,其中黑胸散白蚁为优势种,危害率为44.2%,明显高于黄胸散白蚁(14.0%)和台湾乳白蚁(4.7%).25处古建筑白蚁危害等级评定结果显示,白蚁危害等级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级分别占调查总数的30.2%、18.6%和9.3%,其中2处古建筑危害程度已达3级,危害较严重,亟需进行古建筑的白蚁综合治理.结论 初步掌握了南通市古建筑白蚁危害情况,为南通市古建筑白蚁防治综合治理决策和实施提供了科学依据.
目的 建立白蚁预防工程土壤中测定毒死蜱及其代谢物3,5,6-三氯-2-羟基吡啶酚(TCP)的气相色谱-串联质谱分析方法.方法 土壤样品通过1%盐酸-乙腈体系溶剂高速匀浆提取,盐析浓缩后乙酸乙酯溶解,TCP用N-甲基-N-叔丁基二甲基硅基三氟乙酰胺(MTBSTFA)衍生,采用三重四级杆质谱电子轰击多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,外标法对毒死蜱和TCP定量.结果 毒死蜱和TCP在0.005 ~0.5 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,以新建预防工程土壤为基质0.01、0.05、0.2 mg/kg进行3档添加水平和5次重复性实验,样品中毒死蜱和TCP的平均添加回收率分别为81.8%~89.9%和78.6%~89.5%,相对标准偏差分别为6.85%~10.54%和5.23%~9.28%,以噪音信号的3倍计算方法检出限(LOD)分别为0.002和0.001 mg/kg.结论 本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,适用于新建房屋白蚁预防工程土壤中毒死蜱及其代谢物的分析测定.
针对漂浮育苗池建造成本高、复垦难度大等问题,研制出一种经济实用、绿色环保的新型烤烟漂浮育苗池.结果表明:育苗池建造成本大幅降低,由传统育苗池408元/hm2降低到237.8元/hm2,降幅达到41.2%;育苗池建造效率由8.864工/池降低到0.848工/池,提升945%;育苗池土地利用率由77.8%提高到97.9%,提升20.1%.2015年和2016年五莲烟区通过推广使用新型烤烟漂浮育苗池618hm2,实现经济效益10.36万元.

白蚁诱杀剂是由引诱剂、毒剂和载体3个重要成分组成,其中,引诱剂和毒剂的质量会直接影响诱杀剂的杀灭效果.此文主要从白蚁引诱剂和毒剂两个方面对诱杀技术在国内外的开展工作进行综述,从食饵引诱与信息素引诱有机结合的角度指出了未来寻找高效环保白蚁诱杀剂的对策与途径,供国内的相关研究工作者参考.
结合五莲烟区烟叶质量状况,从生态、栽培措施以及采收烘烤技术等方面对五莲烟叶质量存在的问题及改进措施进行了初步探讨,提出以下具体措施:①合理规划种植区域,优化布局,为烟叶生产提供良好的生态环境;②选用优质品种,彰显风格特色;③施行合理的土壤改良措施,保持土壤肥活力;榆通过调整移栽方式和确定合理的移栽期,调节烟叶适时生长;虞控氮增钾,合理密植,优化烟株个体发育和群体结构;愚合理使用农药,科学防治病虫害;舆成熟采收,科学烘烤,提高鲜烟素质和烘烤可塑性。
为了阐明幼虫密度对草地螟Loxostege sticticalis L.(鳞翅目:螟蛾科)细胞免疫能力的影响,本研究调查了在活体灰菜植株上1,5,10和20头/瓶(900 mL)4种密度条件下的其5龄幼虫血细胞种类、数量和组成.结果表明:草地螟幼虫血淋巴中有原血细胞、浆血细胞、颗粒血细胞、珠血细胞和类绛色血细胞等5种(类)血细胞.血细胞总数、浆血细胞、颗粒血细胞数量随幼虫密度的增加而显著递增,但原血细胞、珠血细胞和类绛色血细胞数量在幼虫密度间的差异不明显;各种血细胞所占血细胞总数的比例在4个密度中的排序相同,但10和20头/瓶密度下的浆血细胞比例显著高于l头/瓶的,其余4种血细胞的比例在不同密度之间无显著差异.可见,幼虫密度主要是通过影响草地螟幼虫浆血细胞和颗粒血细胞的数量及血细胞总数,从而影响草地螟的细胞免疫能力.
为了阐明草地螟Loxostege sticticalis大发生种群幼虫取食行为特征,在室内条件下(温度22±1℃,相对湿度70%)对不同幼虫密度[1,10,30头/瓶(650 mL)]饲养草地螟幼虫的食物利用率及消化酶活性进行了研究.结果表明:幼虫中等(或高)密度对草地螟幼虫相对中肠重量、相对取食量、粪便干重、食物利用率和近似消化率及总蛋白酶和亮氨酸氨肽酶活性影响显著.幼虫相对中肠重量以10头/瓶的幼虫密度最大,1头/瓶的幼虫密度最小.随着幼虫密度的增加,幼虫相对取食量和粪便干重增加,而虫体干重减轻,幼虫食物利用率降低.幼虫密度30头/瓶的幼虫相对取食量和粪便干重显著高于1和10头/瓶的,而30头/瓶的幼虫食物利用率显著低于1头/瓶的.幼虫近似消化率随幼虫密度的逐渐增加而显著降低.幼虫密度10头/瓶的幼虫总蛋白酶和亮氨酸氨肽酶的活性显著高于1和30头/瓶的,而淀粉酶的活性受幼虫密度影响不显著.随幼虫密度的增加,幼虫相对中肠重量与总蛋白酶和亮氨酸氨肽酶活性变化趋势较为一致,消化酶活性的变化可能与相对中肠重量大小有关.因此,幼虫密度是影响草地螟幼虫取食行为的重要因子,这些结果为阐明草地螟大发生种群与一般种群的为害特征提供了重要理论依据.
资料与方法 一般资料:随机入组200例孕10周内的拟行人工流产的孕妇,根据其意愿分为清醒组和全麻组各100例,术前作心肺功能、血生化及白带清洁度检查,排除麻醉禁忌证.

目的 观察疏肝胶囊(自拟)治疗高脂血症的疗效.方法 选择符合条件的高脂血症患者30例,给予疏肝胶囊口服治疗1个月,于治疗前和治疗结束分别抽取血标本,观察用药前后血脂变化情况.结果 治疗1个月后,血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)分别下降29.01%、47.90%、23.2%;经t检验,治疗前后差异均有显著意义(P<0.05).结论 疏肝胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效较好,与他汀类药相比不良反应少,耐受性好,价格低廉,是安全有效的降血脂药物.
[Objective]To study the effects of different injecting methods of hepatitis B immunoglobulin to block vertical transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBVM).[Methods] 200 cases of hepatitis B markers (HBVM)-positive pregnant, 100 cases of hepatitis B virus DNA (HBV-DNA)-positive pregnant were randomly divided into A group (50 cases) and B group (50 cases); 100 cases of hepatitis B virus (HBV) carriers (HBV-DNA negative) in pregnant women were randomly divided into C groups (50 cases) and D group (50 patients) .Group A and C after 36 weeks were injected with HBIG (hepatitis B immune globulin) 200IU; group B and D were not injected HBIG.200 cases were taken venous blood samples after 36 weeks of pregnancy and childbirth for HBVM qualitative test and HBV-DNA quantification test.Newborns were divided into group A1, B1, C1, D1.Four groups were injected with HBIG 100IU 6 hours and one month after birth, and vaccinated Hepatitis B vaccine 10ug 12h, one month and 6 months after birth .Blood samples of neonatal cord and 6-month-old were taken for HBV qualitative and HBV-DNA quantification.[Results] ① There was no significant differences between group A and B for mean titer of serum HBV-DNA before and after pregnant inoculation (P﹥0.05).Compared group A, B, C, D with each other for mean titer of serum HBV-DNA before and after pregnant inoculation, there were no significant differences (P﹥0.05).② There was significant difference between group B1 and C1 regarding HBsAg-DNA positive rates (P﹤0.05), and the others had no difference between each other.③ The HBV infection rate of 6-month-old of group A1, B1, C1, D1 were 8.0%, 10.0%, 6.0% and 6.0%, Comparing the four groups with each other on the rate of mother to child transmission-blocking, there were no significant difference (P﹥0.05).[Conclusion] The HBV-DNA-positive and HBV carriers in third trimester pregnant, whether they are injected with HBIG or not, cannot affect the effect of blocking HBV vertical transmission with the combined immunodeficiency application of HBIG and HBVac to their newborn at birth.
Physical properties,tissue properties,and protective enzyme systems of five fresh tobacco leaves,and physical properties of five cured tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that there were distinct differences in physical properties of fresh,flue-cured tobacco leaves,tissues properties,and protective enzyme systems among those five leaves.Among the five different fresh tobacco leaves,the grey and the greenish yellow leaves had poor curing characteristics,normal leaves had typical matural characteristic,organizational structure and cell alignment of odd shaped leaves was very loose,and odd shaped leaves had many cavum.Among five different cured tobacco leaves,the grey and compact leaves had poorer quality,the loose leaves had better quality,the quality of “HE AI” tobacco leaves was normal.

根据山东青州1987-2000年烟蚜发生程度的历史资料,应用马尔可夫链分析方法对2001-2003年的烟蚜发生程度进行预测,预测准确度为83.33%,对1990-2000年的发生程度进行回测,历史符合率为81.82%.该方法简单易行,为烟蚜发生程度的长期预测提供了一条新途径.
