Based on the research methods of literature,observation,surveys and other material,this paper probes into the effect on outward bound training to social emotion of college student from the sense of reason,morality and beauty of social emotion.The results showed that it has a positive correlation between outdoor bound training and the development of social emotional of college student.It suggests that the traditional physical education should transform into outward bound training and universities should develop training courses and increase investment.

In this paper,the author,firstly,summarizes the important functions of the on-line monitoring system in the smart substation,and classifies the substation on-line monitoring systems according to the category of the high voltage equipment and then analyzes the basic working principle and the application method of each of the systems and presents the current application conditions of the on-line monitoring system.Based on the analysis,the paper puts forward the deployment proposal and the system structure of the on-line monitoring systems in the 750kV smart substations of Northwest Power Grid.

The ±800 kV DC power transmission project requires high reliability, because its high voltage level and large capacity will significantly affect the AC system if malfunction occurs. It is very important for the oncoming ±800 kV DC power transmission projects to based on summarizing the past DC projects and combinring ±800 kV DC projects practice the measures to improving UHV DC transinissiom system reliability and availability are given, identify key links and equipments that affect DC system reliability, and find ways to improve the reliability and usability of the DC system.
