近年来,青少年篮球俱乐部不断涌现,各年龄段篮球比赛广泛开展,掀起了一阵阵篮球热潮.篮球培训作为俱乐部主要收入来源之一,其在体能训练方面存在一定的问题.篮球作为一项技能主导类同场对抗性运动,对个人技、战术水平有较高的要求,同时,要想使个人技、战术水平得到充分发挥,就必须要有较高的体能水平,以满足快速、灵活、激烈对抗的篮球比赛.所以,在以篮球培训为主的青少年篮球俱乐部,体能训练不容忽视,篮球专项体能训练更不容小觑.本文通过研究广大青少年篮球俱乐部在体能训练方面存在的问题,旨在帮助青少年篮球俱乐部改善训练方法,提高训练质量,增强青少年篮球体能水平.本文主要采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和专家访谈法对本论文的内容进行分析,发现青少年篮球俱乐部在体能训练中存在的问题有:(1)忽视体能训练的重要性;(2)体能训练计划内容杂乱,缺少规范性、系统性;(3)体能训练方法相对较为滞后,手段较为简单;(4)专项体能训练不足,在训练过程中所占比重较低;(5)对于运动后恢复及营养补充重视不足;(6)不采集训练数据或不监控训练效果.因此,得出结论:(1)加强训练过程中的对体能训练重要性的认识;(2)科学合理地制定体能训练计划,使其更具规范性、系统性;(3)不断学习先进体能训练方法,优化体能训练手段;(4)安排一般体能训练的同时重视专项体能训练;(5)注重运动后恢复过程及饮食营养的补充;(6)采集训练数据和监控训练效果.
Objective To observe the effect of Runfei Zhike Decoction(Decoction for moistening the lung to stop cough)on infan- tile cough variant asthma(CVA)and the influence on in vitro allergic agent.Methods The 184 cases of infantile CVA were random- ized into two groups.The treatment group(124 cases)was given the self-made Runfei Zhike Decoction,and the control group(60 cas- es)was given penicillin and aminophylline,with routine dosage for treatment,3 days as one course,totally 2 or 3 courses.Before treatment and 6~8 weeks after treatment finished,the serum total IgE,aspiration and ingestion allergic agents were examined once respectively with radioallergosorbent test(RAST).Results The effective rate of treatment group was 94.35%,significantly superior to that of the control group(75.00%,P0.01),and so was the improvement of clinical symptoms;the serum total IgE and to-nega- tive rate of in vitro allergic agent were both better than those of the control group.Conclusion Runfei Zhike Decoction is effective for CVA and has an obvious promotion on serum total IgE and to-negative change of in vitro allergic agent.
Objective To explore the roles and clinical significance of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),total immunoglobuline E(T-IgE) and perpheral blood eosinophil(EOS) count in children with asthma.?Methods The serum levels of ECP and T-IgE concentration were studied in 32 asthmatic children before and after treatment and in 10 healthy controls by fluoroenzymeimmunoassay.Eosinophil count was made at the same time.?Results The serum level of ECP in patients with acute asthma was much higher than that in the patients in remission and in the healthy controls.The serum ECP was related to the severity of asthmatic symptom.The serum T-IgE was significantly higher in asthmatic children than in controls,but no significant difference was found between those in acute asthma and in remission.EOS count showed no differences among the three groups.?Conclusion Serum ECP as an important chemokine secreted by activated EOS,can be used to monitor the eosinophilic inflammatory process in the airway,showing the varying status of the bronchial asthma.
Objective To search into the changes and significance of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in infants with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Serum ECP and IgE concentrations were measured with Pharmacia UniCAP system in 18 infants with asthmatic bronchitis and 30 infants with asthma and 15 healthy controls. Results Serum ECP and IgE concentrations were significantly higher in asthmatic bronchitis and asthma infants than in controls, but no difference was found between asthmatic bronchitis infants and asthma infants. Conclusion The results that asthmatic bronchitis is similar to asthma in eosinophil activation and IgE production suggest that asthmatic bronchitis is correlated with asthma.
