In view of the problems existing in the quality inspection of provincial basic surveying and mapping data,such as low effi-ciency of human-computer interaction inspection,cumbersome data format conversion and projection and difficult to find errors.Based on Python and ArcPy,taking 1∶10 000 basic surveying and mapping data of Anhui province as an example,research new methods of automatic data quality inspection,develop automatic inspection tools and batch read GDB,greatly improve data production efficiency and reduce costs.At the same time,it provides a certain reference value for the future research on the quality inspection method of provincial basic surveying and mapping data.
随着经济社会发展、供给侧改革以及自然资源监测的深入开展,基础测绘的"两服务、两支撑"能力需要得到提升.基础测绘DLG数据生产与更新的业务模式趋于"多测合一"、"多库合一",而传统基础测绘作业模式下数据更新周期长、局部数据更新现势性弱,已难以适应经济社会发展和满足自然资源管理、生态文明建设的技术需求,因此DLG数据更新的工艺模式创新势在必行.基于国土调查数据、地理国情监测数据、电力部门数据、激光点云数据等地理信息数据,对1:10000 DLG数据更新方法与质量控制进行了研究,建立了更新工艺流程,为提高数据的更新效率和现势性提供了有力的技术保障.
Aerophotographic survey is frequently used in large survey projects.Data produced from aerophotographic survey is charac-teristic of large quantity, authenticity and explicitness.Aerial triangulation is an important procedure in aerophotographic survey.This paper compares the precision analysis derived from two automatic aerial triangulation softwares, Geolord-AT and PixelGrid-AT. Two softwares are applied to the same area.Precision analysis is conducted after the elimination of gross errors and adjustment.
Land use planning database is core to the new-round land use planning.A practical and easy-to-update database that covers the whole administrative area is required to facilitate the information processing and management.Such a database also serves the goal of coordinating land use and social economic development,sustaining land resources and appropriately distributing land among various industries.
DOM is an image with geometric precision and geometric imaging features.Informational and accurate,it offers reliable data for governmental decision-making concerning urban planning and social economic development.The process of producing DOM needs to be scientific and up-to-date.This paper puts forward the methods of quality control and evaluation principles in the process of producing DOM.
The field surveys and construction of county-level database for the second nation-wide land survey are coming to an end.In order to obtain a macro-management of survey results,to ensure a full application of survey results on the routines of national land management,to provide an easy-to-access,,accurate and detailed data for the decision-making concerning land planning and management,and to satisfy the need of municipals to manage and use county-level data,the construction of municipal-level database is an important task.With reference to the experiences in the field surveys and constructing county-level database,the authors propose several approaches to the problems arising from the construction of municipal-level database.
GPS is widely used in the environmental monitor and protection,geology,surveying and manpping due to its features of real-time,easy operation and high precision.The models of GPS receivers vary from one working unit to another.The difference in the format of data produced from each GPS receiver makes the collective work hard.RINEX format is a generally-used standard format for GPS data.It can be processed by most business softwares,making the collective work of a variety of receivers possible.This paper summarizes the key technology in processing data received from different types of GPS receivers.The paper is supported by tests and will contribute to the real-world work.
