不锈钢冷轧板作为钢铁产业的主要产品形式直接应用于电子、机械、化工、家电、汽车、桥梁、船舶、核电、航空航天等领域.太钢作为全球最大的不锈钢生产基地,通过人工应用表面检测仪检验钢板的作业已经持续了近十年,随着产能的增大,原有的表面质量检验方式已不满足生产产品的评价要求,在表面检测仪应用的基础上开发的表自动判级系统,已成功地在连轧机组投入使用,在国内不锈钢冷轧行业尚属首次.
不锈钢冷连轧是不锈钢冷轧板生产最先进的加工工艺,在该生产线生产电梯面板,又是在高效生产线上生产顶尖高端产品,难度极大,激光焊是冷连轧机组入口段的关键工艺,用于实现前、后带钢的在线连接,其工艺稳定性直接关系到机组的整体运行和产能输出,同时由于铁素体不锈钢焊接性较差,为连续生产带来了巨大困难.针对电梯面板用TTS443不锈钢,采用通快Trumpf12000激光器进行了焊接难度最大的6mm厚填丝焊接工艺研究,在焊接过程中通过工艺参数的选择,得到了良好焊缝成形的焊接工艺,并对在该焊接工艺参数下获得的焊接接头微观组织形态进行了观察研究,对焊缝接头的力学性能进行了测试.
CIMCN4是一种含铜、低镍的奥氏体不锈钢,用于替代日本同类型产品用于集装箱内侧板,本文就对含有4%的CIMCN4产品冷轧卷材的设计、热处理、电解、酸洗等进行了工序进行生产探讨,并对生产过程中的注意事项进行了说明.
The effects of bright annealing(BA) process on mechanical properties of SUS304DQ stainless precision strip steel were studied using tensile testing.The results show that the strength parameters(HV,σ0.2,σm) of the steel increase whereas the plasticity parameters(δ,φ) decrease with the increase of cold rolling deformation.The mechanical properties of samples with different degree of working hardening after low-temperature annealing at 300 ℃~450 ℃ for 10~15 min and rapid cooling have little change;the effects of softening is not obvious.In contrast,in all H2 condition,the same samples annealed at 920 ℃~1200 ℃ for 3 min and rapid cooling,can obtain obvious softening effects fully re-crystallization,and bright surface.Then the best BA process of SUS304DQ stainless precision strip steel is confirmed as annealing at 1020 ℃~1150 ℃ for 2 min and rapid cooling.
