以芦苇纤维作为增强体,以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混物作为基体,制备芦苇纤维/聚乙烯(PE)复合材料.探讨了芦苇纤维用量对复合材料力学性能以及微观结构的影响.结果表明:当LL-DPE和HDPE的质量比为30∶70、芦苇纤维用量为 30%时,所得复合材料的综合性能较好;静曲强度达到最高值25.9 MPa,较PE共混材料提升了12.1%;拉伸强度达到最高值22.3 MPa,较PE共混材料提升了14.4%;冲击强度为6.7 KJ·m-2.
Jilin Province is rich in maize straw resources, which are mainly concentrated in the main grain producing areas in the central and western regions. The combustion performance of maize straw collected from the east, middle and west of Jilin Province is analyzed. Its calorific value and ash content are measured and compared with that of wood. The results show that the calorific value of maize straw is more than 4 200 cal/g, which was equivalent to more than 90% of the calorific value of wood flour(4 680 cal/g). The ash content of maize straw is very close to that of wood. The ash content of maize straw in the eastern region is slightly higher than that of wood, and the ash content of maize straw in the central and western regions is slightly lower than that of wood, which is basically the same. It can be seen that it is feasible to use maize straw instead of wood in the production of biomass granular fuel from the aspects of resource supply and combustion performance.

自制秸秆表面处理剂,利用秸秆刨花板的生产原理制成芦苇秸秆板.根据性能指标分析,确定芦苇秸秆板较优的处理剂加量为40%、板材密度为0.75 g/cm3、施胶量为14%、热压温度为180℃、热压时间为210 s.研究表明,使用该处理剂生产芦苇秸秆板,静曲强度为15.8 MPa、弹性模量为3600 MPa、内结合强度为0.43 MPa、表面结合强度为1.20 MPa、2 h吸水厚度膨胀率为3.6%、板面握钉力为1200 N,达到国家标准要求.同时,其甲醛释放量为0.014 mg/m3,达到E1级.
玉米秸秆是一种重要的可再生生物质资源,但长期以来并未得到充分的开发利用.分别采用玉米秸秆皮粉和秆粉与矿石粉、聚氯乙烯( PVC)及其他助剂为原料,通过高温混合并挤出成型工艺制备生态环境友好型玉米秸秆矿质塑合材料JP与JQ,研究不同部位秸秆粉的不同添加量对矿质塑合材料吸水性、静曲强度、弹性模量的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜对该材料的断面形貌进行观察.结果表明,添加不同部位玉米秸秆粉,材料的性能差异不明显,但随着玉米秸秆粉质量分数的增加,材料的吸水性增强,静曲强度和弹性模量均有下降.

Diatomite in Changbai Mountain region was treated with calcined and acid-treating to increase its purity. The crude diatomate and puridied diatomate were tested by measuring the specific surface area, we analyzed different calcination temperatures and sulfuric acid concentration on its specific surface area;The surface morphology and infrared spectrum of diatomite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy HITACHI S-3400 and infrared spectrometer FTIR-7600 so as to determine the best technology of purification, and provide technical support for diatomite comprehensive utilization in Changbai Mountain region.
For the two types of sprayers for forest disease and pest control,6HW30 sprayer and 6HW-12A sprayer,concerning the effect of the medicine box assembly on the stability of the whole machine and the anti-corrosion performance of the medicine box,the overall design plan of the medicine box is improved.The longitudinal stability of the main machine of the sprayer,6HW30 sprayer 6HW-12A sprayer and 6HW-12B sprayer is analyzed in this paper.Then the anti-corrosion performance of the medicine box with different materials,A3 steel,A3 steel brushed with anti-corrosion material and stainless steel,is tested.A3 steel does not have anti-corrosion performance,untreated A3 steel cannot be used as the material of the medicine box.The anti-corrosion performance of A3 steel brushed with anti-corrosion material can be maintained only for two years.The cost of 0Cr18Ni11Nb stainless steel is high,but its anti-corrosion performance is better.The results show that,for the three types of sprayers for forest disease and pest control,6HW30,6HW-12A and 6HW-12B sprayer,the stability of the whole machine of 6HW-12B sprayer and anti-corrosion performance of its medicine box are the best.
以甲醛与尿素加成反应的中间产物为载体,配合其他防火阻燃剂,通过加成和缩聚反应制取树脂型阻燃剂,利用单板层积材的生产原理制成阻燃单板层积材.根据各种性能指标分析,确定最佳树脂型阻燃剂配方.研究结果表明,使用该阻燃剂生产的阻燃单板层积材满足国家标准要求,并可降低甲醛释放量,提高板材强度.
以改性硅藻土为添加剂,采用常规热压成型方法研制新型多功能复合型改性中密度纤维板,结果表明:硅藻土用量控制在10%以内时,板材静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度、吸水厚度膨胀率都能达到国家标准相关要求;硅藻土添加量控制在10%为宜,达到E1级板材标准规定甲醛释放量≤9 mg·100 g-1的要求.新型中密度纤维板具阻燃、隔音、隔热、防水、质量轻和降低室内有毒气体等优点.

A technique for enhancing the poplar veneer was studied in this paper.The results from the experiment of poplar veneer enhancing with styrene and methyl methacrylate by hot-pressing polymerization method showed that: the temperature for polymerization was the most critical factor,and the period and amount of initiator and aggregation promoting agents were also critical factors.The temperature for polymerization(x) was linearly correlated with the monomer conversion(y),and the equation was y=0.107x-0.036 7.The optimal technological process was: 80℃ for polymerization for 6 hours,the percentage of cobalt naphthenate,zinc chloride and AIBN initiator were 2%、6%、3%.The largest conversion was 64.5%.The analysis of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that there large amount of benzene ring polymer in the enhanced poplar veneer,and the carbonyl-group remarkably increased.
The chemical components and their structures of Veratrum nigrum in Songjianghe region of Changbai Mountain were determined.Results showed that 2,3 methoxy cyclopamine,15 isovaleryl-3-acyl veratrine were the new-discovered among 32 compounds.There were 11 compounds separated from Veratrum nigrumt time,two of them could not be determined because of the low contents.
