Objective: To investigate the effects of extremely low frequency magnetic fields(ELF-MFs) on oxidative stress,the relation between ELF-MFs and health,and the oxidative stress-related mechanism of the effects of ELF-MFs on organism.Methods: Introduction of ELF-MFs and public exposure,oxidative stress,and oxidative stress-related diseases.Review of the papers focused on the ELF-MF induced oxidative stress including research on cells and animals published in the past few years.Results: ELF-MFs can induce oxidative stress in cells and animals,enhance the production of reactive oxygen species and other free radicals,and change the capability of antioxidant defenses.The extent of oxidative stress was related to tissue and organ,rose with duration of exposure and strength of ELF-MFs.Conclusions: In a certain aspect,the effects of ELF-MFs on organism were shown on the stimulation of oxidative stress.Further research on the molecular mechanism of the ELF-MF inducing oxidative stress,characteristic of cell injuries,and the relation between ELF-MFs and oxidative stress-related diseases will disclose the effects of ELF-MFs on human health.

A sort of impact resistant micro-acceleration sensor based on SOI was designed, which solved the problem of insulation leakage when piezoresistive MEMS-accelerometer sensor work in high temperature, this enlarged range of the circumstance temperature effectively. Blue print make craft work to carry out by applying advanced technique such as LIGA, ICP. This research provides guide line for manufacture of high-level piezoresistive sensor in the future.
以本实验室培育的抗白粉病品系"百农3217×Mardler"BC5F4为材料,构建了一个白粉病菌诱导的抑制差减杂交cDNA文库.建库过程质量分析表明,差减杂交效率较高,文库质量较好.文库滴度为4.2×109cfu@ml-1;插入片段平均为300 bp左右.挑取文库阳性克隆960个,扩增插入片段,将其制备成高密度杂交点阵膜.通过探针杂交检测表明,本研究制备点阵膜的方法简便可靠,获得的点阵膜可用于抗病相关基因的筛选研究.
目的探讨抗乙肝特异性转移因子的研制方法及其在临床上疗效的测定.结果治疗组HBeAg阴转率为50%,HBVDNA阴转率为28.57%,对照组HBeAg阴转率为25%,HBVDNA阴转率为0;治疗组CD4/CD8复常率为62.5%,对照组为23%.本实验临床观察,治疗组CD4/CD8复常率明显高于对照组.结论抗乙肝特异性转移因子口服液除直接中和病毒外,还可使人体T细胞增殖转化,通过免疫调整作用达到清除乙肝病毒,提高病毒标志阴转率及T细胞亚群功能的恢复.
