This paper applied Advantech PCI-1716 multi-function data collection card and 32 bit dynamic link library(DLL),to realize data acquisition drive and to control the PCI-1716 card using VB programming platform.According to requirements of the system,the straightening system for torsion bar of automobile electric power stirring is able to collect data of each torsion bar in rotating process on line,to analyze and calculate a offset,finally to conduct a straightening action to the torsion bar.
