The Rice black-streaked dwarf viral disease(RBSDV),transmitted by the small planthopper Laodelphax striatellus Fallen,is one of the most destructive diseases in rice.In order to control this disease,a provincial collaborative research was conducted across the Zhejiang province,China,during 2000 to 2005.The epidemiology,causes of resurgence and damage-yield loss relationship were understood and were applied to design the field sampling and forecast methods,and to determine the economic thresholds of the disease through control of the insect vector.A provincial disease alert system including the GPS,GIS and RS approaches,and an estimation model for virus-infestation in rice were established and were used for long-term forecast of the disease.A new management strategy was proposed which integrated the extension of RBSDV disease-and vector-resistant varieties,improvement of seedling nursery,healthy cultivation of diseased hill gap-filling by removing tillers from nearby healthy hills,and control of insect vectors in the seedlings stage to protect rice plants from the viral disease in field stages.An integrated RBSDV disease management technical system was therefore shaped for the Yangtze Delta region,and applied in large scale,effectively reduced the disease occurrence and damage,achieved significant economic and social effects.
由世纪阳光(福建)农业科技发展有限公司、福建省林业科学研究院等单位联合组织科研攻关组,立题开展"腐殖酸桉树有机专用肥系列产品开发应用研究",开发出的"新型环保腐殖酸桉树有机专用肥系列产品"试验中期成果,于2004年12月11日在福建省漳浦县通过农林专家的现场评审.
试验结果表明,在甘蓝的小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾幼虫处于2~3龄高峰期,每667㎡用15%安打SC4000倍液防治一次,能达到理想的防效,持效期达7d以上,对蔬菜安全.
田间试验结果表明,每667㎡用30%爱苗EC18、20、22ml的平均防效依次为79.95%、79.35%、83.07%,明显优于每667㎡用5%井岗霉素水溶性粉剂250ml的防效(44.82%).综合考虑防治效果和防治成本,每667㎡用30%爱苗EC18ml即能达到比较理想防效.
田间药效试验表明,43%的好力克悬浮剂5000倍液、10%世高水分散粒剂1500倍液、朵麦可1500倍液、敌死虫(99.1%矿物油)500倍液处理,第一次用药后10d调查表明,处理的平均防效为71.8%~74.4%,与其它药剂的防效存在极显著差异,且具有一定的持效期,第二次用药后24d,考查好力克、朵麦可相对防效仍达58%左右,与其它农药的防效间存在极显著差异,且对西瓜生长安全.
稻水象甲的发生与气温变化关系密切,根据虫害发生年份和气象数据,利用有效积温与稻水象甲发生的相关性,建立了有效积温预测式.越冬成虫迁入高峰期预测式为Y1=33.859 5-0.050 7 X1,(n=7,r=-0.991 9**);第1代成虫羽化高峰期预测式为Y2=65.292 3-0.035 9 X2,(n=7,r=-0.963 4**).
茭白(Zizania caduciflora L.)是浙江省种植面积较大的水生蔬菜,近几年发展迅猛,面积已超过2万hm2.但是目前茭白生产存在着品种退化、农药用量过大和保鲜困难等问题,严重地阻遏了茭白产业的发展.本文较系统地阐述了茭白的起源和分布、生长特性和形态、类型和品种,并讨论了高产栽培技术、无害化生产和储存保鲜技术.同时,还针对浙江省茭白生产中出现的问题提出了相应的对策.
