目的:建立规范化和科学化的口腔医用耗材档案管理制度,为医院耗材管理提供支持.方法:分析口腔医用耗材档案管理现状及存在的主要问题,对口腔医用耗材准入档案、资质档案、计划档案、供应档案和使用档案进行优化,提出溯源痕迹化管理和档案专业管理等改进方法,制定医院口腔医用耗材档案管理标准和制度.结果:建立存档医用耗材资质约150份,涵盖3500多种医用耗材资质,整理装订入、出库档案250余本,验收单据500余本,溯源档案平均查找时间由原来>20 min缩短至现在的5 min.结论:口腔医用耗材档案管理标准与制度的建立,实现了对耗材档案管理的优化与改进,极大地规范了医用耗材档案管理工作,为医用耗材精细化管理提供方法与保障.
目的:优化医用耗材物流配送链,实现医院耗材物流配送全覆盖.方法:调研原有口腔医用耗材物流链的弊端,收集临床科室的意见和建议,从医用耗材采购计划执行、耗材验收、物流配送和二级库管理4个关键环节进行重点改进.在信息流上通过医用耗材管理系统和供应商云平台提供信息支撑.结果:建立了新的口腔医用耗材物流链,保证了耗材安全,缩短了配送时间,提高了工作效率.结论:该物流链有效保证了医用耗材的供应,规范了二级库管理制度,实现了口腔医用耗材管理的科学化和精细化.
目的:设计一套新的口腔医用耗材分类编码方案,为医院医用耗材管理提供支持.方法:分析原有口腔医用耗材编码存在的主要问题,研究口腔医用耗材的分类方法,制订6级编码方案,并通过口腔充填修复类耗材和口腔种植及组织重建类耗材进行验证.结果:经过实例验证,新的编码方案有利于医用耗材分类管理的实施,对医用耗材目录遴选、科室计划、采购发放、临床使用、监测评价等各个环节都有着重要的作用,为口腔医用耗材全生命周期管理提供保障.结论:新编码方案的使用提高了耗材管理的工作效率,规范了口腔医用耗材的管理工作,保证了医用耗材管理的精确性、科学性.
目的:开发新的口腔种植体系统采购溯源流程,为医院耗材管理提供支持.方法:调研原有口腔种植体系统采购溯源流程存在的主要问题,提出统一采购、货码同行、制度提升与单个患者信息核对等方法改进溯源系统的各环节.结果:制定了新的种植体系统溯源管理流程,保证了溯源管理的完整性,为种植体系统的科学管理提供了平台与保障.结论:该溯源流程规范了口腔种植体系统的管理工作,保证了种植工作的科学性、准确性与安全性.
Objective To complete an information chain to support stomatological materials purchase and providing manage-ment.MethodsThe main problems of the materials management information chain were analyzed.The system construction,technical architecture and function design were designed based on B/S and C/S structure.Results The vendor cloud platform completed the information chain for purchase and distribution of stomatological materials,and provided technical support to hospital consumables management.Conclusion The system normalizes stomatological materials management,guarantees the safety,timeliness and accuracy of materials supply,and thus is worthy applying practically.
Objective To propose a method for equipment parameter demonstration to improve whole-life cycle management of equipment.Methods The measures and principles of equipment parameter demonstration were put forward based on its present situation and problems.The significance of equipment parameter demonstration for whole-life management was discussed from the aspects of biding,bidding evaluation and post-procurement management.Results The method enhanced equipment procurement,saved human resource,materials and economic cost,and solved the problems such as single source,unutilized equipment and high maintenance cost.Conclusion The method of equipment parameter demonstration maximizes the benefits,and promotes whole-life management of medical equipment.
Objective To add a medical equipment exhibition hall module on the basis of the existing equipment overall lifecycle management system according to the practical demands so as to standardize the management process in the preparation period. Methods After analysis of the existing problems in equipment management in the current system, the ASP.NET technology and SQL (Structured Query Language) were adopted based on the B/S (Browser/Server) architecture for design of a medical equipment exhibition hall module. Results The module further improved the existing equipment overall lifecycle management system, so that the closed loop operation mode management was truly realized from the preparation stage to the disposal stage. Conclusion Reliable pre-demonstration and investigation lay a good foundation for the future software development.

According to the field of dental vehicle medical support function demand, and oral treatment characteristics and classification, the compartment stomatological medical equipment, into six digital modules according to the functional design.Results: The dental vehicle of field support capabilities than the first generation and other similar medical car has increased dramatically, systematic module also makes other diagnostic equipment increased, covering the range of oral diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, improve the treatment capacity, expand diagnosis and treatment field radius amount.Conclusion: The design and development of digital dental vehicle module, highlighting the advanced and practical and scientific rationality. Greatly enhance the oral health service ability and level, achieve the expected goal.
VOLVO 9300 models were selected in this paper for modification of two sides of the trunk and chassis, design of the medical equipment power supply and air conditioning system, and optimal design of the specialized equipment and self-locking device so as to meet the needs of medical support under the condition of modernization. As a result, the second generation of mobile digital field dental vehicle was designed successfully. The device was reasonable in its overall structure layout design, made effective use of the car and space in the two sides and optimized the installation, fixation and placement of the equipment, thus making the use of equipment easy and reliable. Meanwhile, the device was featured with medical support capability and field performance, and provided a reliable digital oral medical security technology platform for the army.
Objective To inspect the security problems for the oral comprehensive treatment machine so as to enhance its safety performance as well as the safety coefifcient for medical personnel and patients. Methods With application of Ehrlich 288 type electrical safety testing instrument, the electrical safety testing was performed for 100 chair positions according to the examination standard requirement of 4 departments in the hospital, including General Department, Department of Endodontics, Department of Prosthodontics and Department of Children’ Dental. The testing project mainly included 6 indexes such as casing leakage current, patient leakage current and the insulation impedance.Results The ifnal test results showed that the main index of the non-conformity was the oxidation of the power line and the over humidity in the treatment machine.Conclusion Through the testing, it had been realized that unsafe factors also existed in the oral treatment machine in special environment. Hence, regular detection of its indicators should be done and incorporated into the normal management, which also served as an important part in the hospital equipment quality control system.

0引言随着新技术和新工艺在口腔疾病手术和诊疗中的应用越来越深入,电动慢机底座的作用也越来越大。笔者结合多年来在口腔综合治疗椅故障分析和维修保养过程中积累的经验,特别是基于电动慢机底座技术的日常维修和保养,从故障分类入手,细说原因并提出修复故障的方法,以有效延长口腔电动慢机底座的使用寿命[1-2]。
Objective To develop a medical equipment whole-life management information system based on B/S structure to solve the problems of excessive types,exorbitant management cost,low efficiency and etc.Methods Standardized coding of medical equipment was performed according to the classified catalogue issued by SFDA,and then the working flow of medical equipment was determined involving four links of planning,purchase,usage and maintenance as well as decommission,finally the B/S-structure-based system was developed.Results The system realized the connection and integration of all related departments,and implemented standardized management flow,institutionalized staff post,apparent working information,real-time cost accounting and scientific data analysis.Conclusion The system practices the theory of whole-life management,and enhances the supervision of medical equipment and meets the requirements of its management.

The principles and implementation methods of vascular ultrasound strain imaging are introduced. The clinical significance of the imaging is analyzed briefly. The research status of intravascular and noninvasive vascular ultrasound strain imaging are focused on, meanwhile, the development trend is prospected. Nonivasive ultrasound strain imaging based on radio frequency data is the future research trend.
目的 改变网格数量和单元阶次,探讨二维三层同心圆模型电阻抗断层成像正问题数值解的精度.方法 通过数值模拟实验,以二维同心圆模型的解析解为参考,比较不同网格数量和单元阶次的数值解,分析特定网格模型的数值精度.结果 增加网格数量对于高阶单元结果精度的提高作用有限;应用更高阶单元如三阶、四阶单元提高计算精度的作用不大.结论 二维场域用有限元求解EIT正问题采用中等网格数目的二阶三角形单元既可以达到满意的计算精度,又可以节省计算时耗、提高成像效率.
Objective:Bilingual teaching system should be reconstructed to meet the physics innovation experimental major requirements.We reformed the traditional teaching mode and teaching methods,built a multi-level,three-dimensional practical teaching new mode.Methods:Based on modern bilingual teaching requirements and characteristics,combined with domestic and foreign bilingual teaching experience,grasped the opportunity of modern social demanding for high-level,compound talented people,we further studied on the bilingual teaching practice,analyzed bilingual teaching problems and challenges,and proposed the reform methods and strategies.Results:The new bilingual curriculum system and content framework established solid foundation for implement less and precious,broad and profound teaching principles.It is more beneficial for students to master the scientific connotation of analog circuits.Through the teaching practice,we successfully completed the bilingual teaching task of analog circuits.Conclusions:Bilingual teaching is a effective method to achieve internationalization of higher education and train modernization-oriented,world-oriented,future-oriented talents.Therefore,it becomes the inevitable trend of higher education development reform.In order to establish a complete set of standard bilingual teaching mode,the educator must explore boldly and practice constantly in many aspects,such as selection of bilingual teaching materials,training of bilingual teachers and the improvement of teaching method.
目的 结合具体重建算法,定量讨论有限元离散化误差对正逆问题的影响.方法 利用软件NETGEN产生7个不同剖分规模的圆域模型,以其中最密剖分模型为参考,讨论其他模型的边界电压误差,然后提出重建图像质量函数D、结构相似度SSIM和误差总和TE三种重建图像评价指标,对无噪声和含有不同信噪比噪声两种情况的NOSER算法重建图像进行了比较.结果 在无噪声和噪声信噪比不太小(>35 dB)的仿真实验中,剖分愈密成像质量愈高.当剖分规模达到一定程度时,图像质量提高幅度有限.结论 有限元离散化误差对于EIT问题至关重要,对于NOSER这种线性近似的非迭代算法,圆域模型选择中等剖分规模(如2000~3000个单元)即可达到很高的精度.
Objective:Through learning the basic physics knowledge of electronic circuit and acoustics,the objective is to broaden physics knowledge and deepen sounding principle understanding of various musical instruments for the musical culture major students,and to train application-oriented talent who is engaged in the music editors of television station,broadcasting station or newspaper office,government cultural institution;the processing of sound effects and the optimization design of acoustic environment in music hall,theater,people's art center,music office's planning and management.Methods: Based on the related physical courses background,the physical basis and the basic studying statement are being analyzed.Moreover,the curriculum quality of suitability and applicability further being excavated,and combining with specific application examples,the student knowledge demand for music sound course is being discussed.Results: In order to achieve effectively the combination of theory and practice,the musical acoustics can make up for the weaker theory parts of related physical curriculum and increase the students' professional quality for the musical culture major in our school.Music acoustics has great practical teaching demand.Conclusions: With the rapid development of music technology today,the music education must keep pace with the times.So our school devote to create an acoustics course with specialty audio,in which students can effectively learn knowledge and create a better musical prospect for themselves.
Objective: We used those solid phase grinding,heating precipitation and homogeneous precipitation,several methods to prepare the superparamagnetic nanoparticles(γ-Fe2O3)for drug embedded,and compared the preparation methods with time,particle size,purity.Methods: We used FeCl3· 6H2O、FeCl2·4H2O 、NaOH、Fe(NO3)3· 9H2O and so on as material,respectively,to prepare superparamagnetic nanoparticles by solid-phase ginding,chemical precipitation and homogeneous precipitation,and observed the particle size by scanning electron microscopy.Results: Solid-phase grinding may cause the particle lattice distortion and serious reunion.Derived from chemical precipitation particle the size is good,affected by many factors.The homogeneous precipitation method can be adjusted nanoparticle formation rate and the shape is spindle.Conclusions: The chemical precipitation method is simple for laboratory to prepare superparamagnetic nanoparticles(γ-Fe2O3)
