In the two 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units of a certain power plant project phase I,the P92 steel ID 349 mm×72 mm main steam pipe was adopted.The operation safety and life of this thin walled pipe attracted a lot of attention.With the help of full-load spectrogram of actual pipe damage obtained from the constructed condition monitoring and life safety management system,aiming at the laws of two material creep damage conventional long-time strength and lower boundary long-time strength,considering two wall thickness thin wall and thick wall,the operation safety and expected service life of P92 steel main steam pipe under the conditions of several combinations were analyzed and researched.
The condition monitoring life safety management system(CMLMS)of high temperature and high pressure compents in 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units of Huaneng Yuhuan power plant unit 1 and unit 2 was built. Based on entire action load spectrum from CMLMS, considering thin-wall thickness and normal thickness,and the law of normal rupture strength and lower limit rupture strength, P92 steel main steam pipeline operation life and expected life were analyzed under several conditions. The result shows that P92 steel thin-walled main steam pipeline has about 120 kh of operation life under load spectrum condition. The entire action load spectrum provides an effective means for determining the practical operation load of high temperature and high pressure compents.

The solubility and deposition of various impurities in the steam-water system corresponding to different parameters was compared based on the physical characteristic study under supercritical conditions. This paper presented the potential deposition problems, high-temperature oxidation problems in Ultra-supercritical (USC) units and the significance to control steam water quality. According to operational experiences of domestic supercritical unit and the current oversea steam-water quality control technology for USC unit, several suggestions in the field of chemical supervisory were proposed in this paper for the development of USC unit in China. Typically, it covers the condensing water treatment and control targets, the control method for steam-water quality, the control of salts and corrosion products and the monitoring of high-temperature oxidation of steam for ultra-supercritical unit.
