With the increasingly outstanding of the environmental protection problems,the quality on gasoline and diesel is required higher and higher. This paper analyzes the scheme of quality upgrade on gasoline and diesel for A oil refinery,and calculates the emission reductions of sulfur dioxide when the scheme is implemented. The results show that only the structure of oil refinery and product is adjusted reasonably,the oil refinery can achieve the win- win goal for both the quality upgrade on products and pollutant emission reduction.
This paper systematically analyzed the relationship between the socio- economic and water pollutant emissions in Liaohe basin nearly a decade. Based on the pollutant emission intensity and GDP per capita indicators,the Liaohe basin COD and ammonia environment learning curves are established. Combined the situational analysis,predict water pollutant emission trends and the water environment pressure in the future,with the existing pollution control. The results show that the water environment pressure of the Liaohe basin is enormous. Based on the actual problems in Liaohe basin pollution control,a pollution governance model in Liaohe basin is proposed.
In the process of environmental quality assessment,they are all uncertainty which include being assessment objects,assessment methods,even assessment subjects and assessment standards that have mastered. The paper cited the concept of membership degree,and expressed it by membership function,meanwhile,assessed environmental air quality of one city comprehensively with the construction of a fuzzy-mathematical model,it was intended to provide the reference method for uncertainty factors in the process of environmental quality assessment and reflecting environmental quality value overall.
Though the industry of organic pigments starts relatively late at home,development is fast in recent years.People are increasingly paying attention to the environmental pollution problems with organic pigment industry especially on wastewater treatment.Take some macromolecule organic pigments as examples,the paper analyzes the implementation and application of cleaner production technology is a powerful means in the organic pigment industry,which can realize energy saving,consumption reducing,pollution decreasing and benefit increasing.
In this paper,the performance and membrane fouling in an aerobic nitrifying granule membrane bioreactor(AGMBR)and an aerobic sludge membrane bioreactor(ASMBR)were investigated,which were operated under same conditions.Results showed good organics removal and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification(SND)performances during 102 days operation.COD,NH + 4-N and TN average removal efficiencies of AGMBR remained at 86%,94% and 45% respectively,when influent concentrations of COD and NH + 4-N were 500 mg/L and 200 mg/L .The membrane fouling of AGMBR was reduced effectively and the period of cleaning membrane was extended.In the AGMBR,membrane pore resistance is the main factor of the membrane fouling,which is 64.81% of the membrane total resistance.And the cake resistance of the AGMBR is 2.1×10 12 m-1,which is much smaller than 16.07×10 12 m-1 in the ASMBR.The period of cleaning membrane is at least 2.43 times longer as that in the ASMBR.New aerobic granule was produced and grown gradually during experiment operation,which ensure the stabilization of performance and operation in the AGMBR.
By using the Fire and Explosion Index(FEI)of a D' chemistry company of the U.S.A.,An assessment of FEI and analysis of additional steps for safety(Safety Precautions Expiation herein SPE)were conducted for One diesel oil pot which located in one chemical company,the results shows that Before the SPE,FEI was equal to 90.1,which belong to the light dangerous grade however After the SPE,FEI was equal to 51.4 which belong to the most light dangerous grade,in this way the safe level of diesel oil pot can be improved obviously.
