The coastal waters of Morocco is the main fishing area of Chinese bottom trawlers. The current study investigated the fishing ground of Morocco bottom trawl fishery based on the fishing statistical data of bottom trawlers from Shanghai distant-water fishery company during 2012 to 2015 and the satellite remote sensing data such as sea surface temperature(SST),Chlorophyll-a(Chl-a) and sea surface height anomaly(SSHA)using the method of habitat suitability index including the geometric model and arithmetic average model. The monthly suitability index is established based on the relationship between fishing nets and SST,SSHA,Chl-a and sea depth, which were various among different month for appropriate scope of marine environment. Based on AMM model, the percentage of fishing nets and catch reached 65.92% and 67.57% of the total in the fishing areas in which HSI is greater than 0.6. Based on GMM model, the percentage of fishing nets and catch only reached 44.78% and 49.60%of the total in the fishing areas in which HSI is greater than 0.6. The results indicated that AMM model is more suitable for forecasting fishing ground in Moroccan bottom trawl fishery.
The common cuttlefish, Sepia officinalis Linnaeus 1758, is mostly found in the eastern Atlantic and in the Mediterranean Sea, and constitutes an important fishery resource in the world cephalopod fisheries by attaining high market value in the Mediterranean and Asian markets.Herein,the individual fecundity of S.officinalis was studied based on the samples collected from the pelagic fisheries outside Mauritania during the fishing season of July to August in 2015.In addition, the relationship between individual fecundity and the biological indices of each individual, including mantle length, mantle width, fin length, fin width, head width, body weight, eviscerated weight, and head weight, was analyzed by using mathematic regression equations.The results showed that the frequency distribution of mantle length, mantle width, fin length, fin width, head width, body weight, eviscerated weight, and head weight was unimodal respectively.The potential fecundity (PF) was 13 06~3 375 oocytes, with an average of 2 466±545 oocytes, and increased significantly with sexual maturation (P<0.05);the relative fecundity by mantle length (PFML) was 8.70~18.56 oocytes/mm, with an average of 14.17±2.12 oocytes/mm;while the relative fecundity by body weight PFBW was 2.72~7.81 oocytes/g, with an average of 5.18±1.23 oocytes/g.Based on the comparison of variance, PFBW was more stable than PFML (δ2PFBW<δ2PFM L).There was a significant relationship between F and PFBW and the biological indices(P<0.05), while PFML showed little evidence to correlate with the biological indices due to the low value of correlation coefficient (P>0.05).Furthermore, a multiple regression analysis revealed that the potential fecundity was significantly correlated with fin length, while relative fecundity by body weight was significantly correlated with body weight.This finding showed that fin length was the reliable index to estimate the potential fecundity, while body weight was appropriate to estimate the relative fecundity by body weight for S.officinalis.
Mauritania is one of the main fishing countries in West Africa.Mastering the spatial-temporal distribution of fishing grounds for Mauritania bottom trawling fishery and its law are important parts of fishery production.In this study,based on production statistics of bottom trawlers from Shanghai Fisheries Company in Mauritania Sea from 2010 to 2015,the spatial-temporal distribution of fishing grounds for bottom trawling fishery was studied with the method of frequency analysis and fisheries center of gravity.The studies suggested that the distribution of bottom trawling fishery located at the waters of 16.90°~17.70°W and 19.70°N~20.80°N in Mauritania,mainly concentrated at the 17.40°~17.60°W and 20.20°~20.70°N.The monthly catch ranged from 27 to 77 kg per fishing net,the average catch attained 43.98 kg per fishing net.The studies suggested that the fishing center of gravity presents the regularity of distribution,basically distributed within a latitude and longitude.The fishing center of gravity mainly distributed in the waters of 17.38°~17.59°W and 20.49°~20.49°N from January to April,in the waters of 17.21°~17.33°W and 20.26°~20.26°N from July to August,in the waters of 17.43°~17.54°W and 20.40°~20.64°N from September to November,and in the waters near 17.08°W and 20.00°N t in December.Mastering the rule of spatial-temporal distribution of fishing grounds will benefit the reasonable fishing in Mauritania marine fisheries.
microRNA为短链非编码RNA,通过与靶基因3’UTR序列互补在转录后水平发挥作用.已有研究表明,microRNA在心脏发育过程中起着重要的调控作用.南极冰鱼因体内缺乏功能性血红细胞,其心脏出现了补偿性增生.前期的研究提示,独角雪冰鱼心脏中特异表达的microRNAs可能与冰鱼心脏的补偿性增生相关.本研究针对南极冰鱼心脏中高表达的miR-210-5p,运用斑马鱼显微注射、靶基因预测等手段研究了miR-210-5p对心脏发育的作用机制.结果表明:斑马鱼胚胎注射miR-210-5p后,出现心包膜水肿,心脏发育畸形等现象.qRT-PCR分析显示,过表达miR-210-5p的斑马鱼胚胎中,心脏发育相关的标志性基因bmp4、smadl、gata6以及tbx2b的表达水平下调.Western blotting分析发现,bmp/smad通路中的BMP2、BMP4、SMAD1、GATA6以及TBX2B的蛋白表达水平也显著下调.通过对tbx20基因3’UTR的靶基因生物信息学预测,以及对其进行GFP荧光表达分析,发现tbx20基因可能是miR-210-5p的一个靶基因.由此推测,miR-210-5p可能通过抑制tbx20基因的表达,并调控bmp/smad通路以抑制冰鱼心脏发育.
根据2010-2015年上海某远洋渔业公司在毛里塔尼亚的生产统计数据,结合卫星遥感资料,研究毛里塔尼亚海域底拖网头足类渔场与表温(SST)、海面高度距平均值(SSHA)、水深等海洋环境因子的关系.结果表明,头足类渔场分布与SST、SSHA、水深等因子关系密切,各月作业渔场的适宜环境范围有一定的差异;作业渔场分布在SST为15~28℃的海域,最适SST范围为16~22℃;作业渔场分布在SSHA为-50~10 cm的海域,最适SSHA范围为-20~-40 cm和-10~10 cm;作业渔场分布水深为10~90m的海域,最适水深为50~70 m.
The current study investigated the spatial-temporal distribution of fishing ground for bottom trawling fishery in winter fishing season using methods of frequency analysis and fisheries center of gravity based on production statistics fished by bottom trawlers from Shanghai fisheries company in Moroccan sea during 2012 to 2015. The results revealed that the distribution of bottom trawling fishery in winter fishing season is located in the waters of 15.0 - 18. 0 W and 20.0°N-26. 0 N in Morocco, mainly concentrated in the 15.5°-16.5°W,17.0 - 17.5 W 17.40 -17.60 W and 21 – 22 N,23 -25 N,in which the catch occupied above 85% of the total catch. The results indicated that the fishing center of gravity presents the regularity of distribution, basically distributed within a latitude and longitude. The fishing center of gravity are mainly distributed in the waters near 16.63°W and 23.20 N during January, in the waters near 16.53 W and 23.03 - 23.09 N during December and January,in the waters near 23.21 N and 16.48 W during February,and in the waters near 23.56 N and 16.33 W in March. Understanding the spatial-temporal distribution of fishing ground will benefit the seasonable fishing in the Morocco marine fisheries.
通过对三种伞布料的迎风风阻系数风洞试验,得到了各工况下不同布料的风阻系数值.对三种布料风阻系数实验结果进行研究,得到三种布料的风阻系数随风力变化的变化规律,结合上海市区东南方向南汇新城的年均风速的情况,依据风阻系数的实验结果,找到三种布料中最适合做抗风伞的布料是EVA.该实验方法可以作为测定雨伞布料风阻系数的测试方法.
大学生根据实际情况,提出抗风伞设计想法,指导教师设计了一个学生切实可行的风洞试验。通过对三种伞布料的迎风风阻系数风洞试验,得到三种布料的风阻系数随风力变化的规律,结合上海市区东南方向南汇新城的年均风速的情况,依据风阻系数的实验结果,找到三种布料中最适合做抗风伞的布料是EVA。该实验不但可以作为测定雨伞布料风阻系数的测试方法,而且学生在创新活动中,各项能力得到了实实在在的提高。
海难救助报酬制度直接关系到救助方的救助积极性,因此从救助报酬产生的原因和环境分析,可得知海难救助报酬的性质以及各国对海难救助报酬制度的重视.<海商法>对于海难救助报酬不能实现的情况提供了法律救济.权衡几种法律救济方法后发现,海难救助报酬留置权是最能解决问题的方法之一.然而<海商法>却没有明确规定.因此提出,在<海商法>中应当增加海难救助报酬留置权的明确规定的必要性以及实现可能性.
一、"中山公用案"分析(一)案情分析从2007年6月29日至7月3日中山公用出现上市以来最为凌厉的直线拉升行情,14个疯狂的连续涨停,加上停牌前的两个涨停,公司股价由启动前的6.76元一举飙升至31.1元,涨幅达360%.李启红夫妇的账户在"公用科技"股票停牌前累计买入89.68万股,买入资金人民币669万余元.后于2007年9月18日至10月15日陆续卖出"公用科技"股票,账面收益人民币1983万元.调查显示,2007年5月至6月,谭庆中多次向李启红汇报中山公用科技股份有限公司筹备资产重组的事宜.2007年6月中旬,谭庆中在办公室约见了林永安,向其泄露有关中山公用科技股份有限公司资产重组内幕信息.本案折射出了一个很严重的现实问题:公职人员内幕交易问题.
