近年来,大学生的心理健康问题越来越受到重视,大学生入学前都需要完成心理测试,但是大学生精神障碍患者仍有逐步上升的趋势.大学生的心理健康和精神状态是一项复杂的社会心理学问题,其治疗状况也存在着诸多问题.为此,研究者对武汉市3所医院(2所大型综合性医院和1所精神专科医院)1524例高校学生因精神疾病住院治疗的相关资料进行分析,为高校学生精神障碍的预防提供参考.

The reform of public hospitals in China showed strong path dependence.Excessive market tendency appeared, and the social responsibilities which the organization should undertake was desalted.The path dependence was hindered.Path dependence of public welfare regression of public hospitals was analyzed from the progressive reward increase, the transaction cost and the imperfect market.Thus by increasing government investment, optimizing configuration of health resources, emphasizing value regression, relaxing appropriately economic regulation, and strengthening social regulation, public welfare regression of public hospitals is redlized.
