IntroductionThe adverse effects of high glucose on embryos can be traced to the preimplantation stage. This study aimed to observe the effect of high glucose on early-stage embryos. Methods and resultsSeven-week-old ICR female mice were superovulated and mated, and the zygotes were collected. The zygotes were randomly cultured in 5 different glucose concentrations (control, 20mM, 40mM, 60mM and 80mM glucose). The cleavage rate, blastocyst rate and total cell number of blastocyst were used to assess the embryo quality. 40 mM glucose was selected to model high glucose levels in this study. 40mM glucose arrested early embryonic development, and the blastocyst rate and total cell number of the blastocyst decreased significantly as glucose concentration was increased. The reduction in the total cell number of blastocysts in the high glucose group was attributed to decreased proliferation and increased cell apoptosis, which is associated with the diminished expression of GLUTs (GLUT1, GLUT2, GLUT3). Furthermore, the metabolic characterization of blastocyst culture was observed in the high-glucose environment. DiscussionThe balance of glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation at the blastocyst stage was disrupted. And embryo development arrest due to high glucose is associated with changes in glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation, as well as abnormalities in the TCA cycle and amino acid metabolism.
Objective: To observe the effects of dried ginger and jujube extracts on the changes of digestive tract microflora and the prediction of bacterial metabolic function in the digestive tract of oral cavity, stomach, small intestine and large intestine in SD rats stimulated by acid cold. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, acetic acid group and acetic acid administration group, with 10 rats in each group. The control group ate a normal diet. Fixed acetic acid at pH 3.9 and temperature 4 ℃ was used for gavage. The acetic acid administration group was gavaged with dried ginger and jujube extract. After 10 days of gavege, the contents of oral cavity, stomach, small intestine and large intestine were taken respectively to check the changes of microflora level in each group after acid chilling stimulation. Results: Genus level changes of digestive tract flora, after acid chilling stimulation, the structure and diversity of probiotics and pathogenic bacteria were changed(P<0.01, P<0.05), after the intervention of dried ginger and jujube extract, the pathogenic bacteria showed a trend of inhibition(P<0.01, P<0.05). There were 7 channels of gastric flora, and the abundance value of acetic acid group was higher. Coliform, with 10 pathways,had a higher abundance value in the acetic acid group. Conclusion: Acid-cold stimulation results in changes in the level of gastrointestinal flora and more active metabolic function. The extract of dried ginger jujube can regulate the intestinal flora disorder in rats.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of the extract from Ganjiangdazao recipe (EGR) on functional dyspepsia in rats with spleen-stomach deficiency cold pattern (SSDCP) in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to investigate its pharmacodynamics.METHODS:Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, SSDCP group, low-EGR SSDCP group, high-EGR SSDCP group, probiotics group, EGR group. SSDCP model was induced by gavage with the 0 ?edible vinegar. The symptoms and manifestations were scored by method from the relative literature, the ecological changes in cecal microflora was analyzed by 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing technology, gastric tissues were treated by immunohistochemistry, the levels of related biochemical components related to the gastrointestinal functions were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetry, gastric juice was measured by pH meter, blood pressure measurement by trapping tail method, surface temperature measured by infrared thermal imaging, and the content of 6-gingerol in the serum was determined by liquid-mass chromatography before and after EGR was given.RESULTS:It was found that EGR could effectively relieve the symptoms and manifestations of the SSDCP rats (P < 0.05); the value of the relative abundance of Lactobacillus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus and Coprobacillus increased, while the value of the relative abundance of Clostridium decreased (P < 0.05) in the cecal microflora in the SSDCP rats after high-EGR administration; It was also found that EGR had no substantial effect on the related biochemical components related to the gastrointestinal functions of in the SSDCP rats; and a certain amount of 6-gingerol was detected in the serum of EGR group.CONCLUSION:The pharmacodynamic site of EGR is the intestinal tract, and the mechanism behind the effect of EGR on SSDCP rats, involves increasing the beneficial bacteria and decreasing the proinflammatory bacteria in the intestinal tract. The blood pharmacodynamics of EGR remains to be further studied in the future.
目的:观察实验大鼠在受到一段时间寒凉刺激后肠道菌群的变化情况.方法:使用热电偶测温仪与红外热成像测温仪同步获取胃部、下腹部的体内与体表温度;对照组给予常温水(25℃)灌胃,冰水组给予冰水(0℃)灌胃,连续10d.实验第1、10天进行红外测温,实验结束时,两组均取粪便进行16S rRNA测序.结果:胃部体表温度与体内温度呈正相关(r=0.66062,P=0.0194),下腹部体表温度与直肠温度呈正相关(r=0.68283,P=0.0144);冰水组实验第10天胃部体表温度显著降低(P=0.0109);冰水组的肠道菌群有一定改变,有5种菌属变化显著(P<0.05).结论:SD大鼠体表温度与体内温度存在较强的相关性.连续、短时寒凉刺激后,SD大鼠胃部体表温度降低,肠道菌群发生变化,二者可能存在关联.
目的:应用16SrRNA技术,探讨在醋酸刺激下,干姜大枣提取物对大鼠肠道微生态及血清胃泌素(GAS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响.方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、醋酸组和醋酸药物组,每组10只.对照组正常饮食,其余两组采用pH值为3.9、温度为4℃的醋酸灌胃.醋酸药物组大鼠灌胃给予干姜大枣提取物1mL/100g收集大鼠粪便,分析评价干姜大枣提取物对实验大鼠肠道菌群属水平结构及多样性的影响.结果:与对照组比较,醋酸组在肠道菌群属水平的多样性改变方面较大(P<0.05),出现了9种存在差异的菌属.与醋酸组比较,醋酸药物组出现了一些新的菌群改变情况.乳酸菌属在醋酸组中的相对丰度较低,梭菌属、肠球菌属在醋酸组中的相对丰度呈现上升趋势.与对照组比较,醋酸组GAS、VIP的含量显著升高(P<0.05);与醋酸组比较,醋酸药物组GAS、VIP的含量显著降低(P<0.05).结论:干姜大枣提取物能够有效改善醋酸引起的肠道菌群失调,促进有益菌群的生长、抑制致病菌及条件致病菌的繁殖.
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ganjiang granule(GG) on cecal microflora and serum biochemical components in rats with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C).Methods:Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups:control,model,GG,and probiotics.Rats in the model,GG,and probiotics groups received 3℃ tap water intragastrically;rats in the GG group were treated with GG;rats in the probiotics group were treated with probiotics.For all rats,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetry were used to assess serum biochemical components related to gastrointestinal function;16 S rRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the cecal microflora.Results:The serum level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(HT) was higher in the model group than in the control group(Z=-2.082,P=.037).The model group exhibited changes in cecal microflora:the relative abundances of Lactobacillus decreased(Z=-2.882,P=.004) and Dorea increased(t=-3.030,P=.023),compared with the control group.The GG and probiotics groups exhibited normal serum levels of 5-HT.The GG and probiotics groups exhibited improved serum levels of gastrin;the probiotics group exhibited an improved serum level of vasoactive intestinal peptide.Compared with the model group,The GG group exhibited greater relative abundance of Ruminococcus(Z=-2.402,P=.016);the probiotics group exhibited greater relative abundance of SMB53(Z=-2.823,P=.005) and lower relative abundances of Desulfovibrio(Z=-2.823,P=.005) and Facklamia(Z=-2.608,P=.009).Conclusion:The effects of GG on IBS-C may be related to regulation of the serum level of 5-HT,as well as elevated relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in cecal microflora.
目的:观察实验大鼠胃内温度梯度变化及其对肠道菌群的影响.方法:用红外测温仪热电偶探头测量大鼠灌胃前后胃内温度,采用酶联免疫学方法检测血清激素指标,采用“16SrRNA基因区”检测分析肠道菌群.结果:冰水组与常温水组大鼠灌胃后30s内胃内温度与初始温度对比,显著降低(P<0.01);肛温与初始肛温对比,差异无统计学意义.冰水组棒状杆菌属、拟杆菌属较常温水组显著减少(P<0.05),而柔膜菌门显著增多(P<0.05).冰水组血清5-HT含量较常温水组显著升高(P<0.05).结论:冰水和常温水灌胃,大鼠胃内温度30s未恢复,两组大鼠灌胃后30s内寒冷刺激未传至肛门.大鼠胃肠温度变化,会使肠道菌群发生改变.
目的:探讨干姜大枣提取物对饮冷寒凉的SD大鼠肠道微生态及血清胃泌素的影响.方法:选取SPF级SD大鼠18只,随机分成正常对照组、冰水模型组、冰水给药组.冰水模型组每日灌胃冰水,冰水给药组每日灌胃冰水和干姜大枣提取物.10d后采集大鼠血清和肠道内容物,采用酶联免疫学方法检测血清胃泌素,采用“多引物-多变量16SrRNA基因区”检测分析肠道菌群.结果:在实验大鼠肠道菌群属水平,与正常对照组相比,冰水模型组Lactobacillus丰度值显著降低(P<0.01),Dorea、Alistipes、Bilophila、Paraprevotella、Christensenella丰度值显著升高(P<0.05).与冰水模型组相比,冰水给药组Lactobacillus丰度值显著升高(P<0.05),Dorea、Alistipes、Bilophila、Paraprevotella、Christensenella丰度值显著降低(P<0.05).与正常对照组相比,冰水模型组胃泌素的含量均显著升高(P<0.01);与冰水模型组相比,冰水给药组胃泌素含量显著降低(P<0.01).结论:长期饮冷寒凉,会出现肠道菌群失调,体内有益菌减少,血清胃泌素升高.干姜大枣提取物及时纠正了寒邪对肠道微生态的不良影响,使机体保持健康状态.
目的:通过数字化量化气虚、血虚证的四诊信息,探讨证本质,探索性应用循经脏腑调理法调理,观察调理的效果并评价.方法:收集亚健康状态35人,四诊合参辅助诊疗仪结合气血津液辨证,辨识为亚健康气虚、血虚证,并给出相应的循经调理、脏腑调理方案,观察调理结果.结果:气虚、血虚证在调理后,取脉压力显著减少,脉搏力度显著增加,舌瘀斑显著减少(P<0.05).调理后再次经四诊合参辅助诊疗仪辨识健康状态32人,亚健康状态3人,与调理前比较有显著改善(P.<0.05).结论:四诊合参辅助诊疗仪可对中医证候的“望、闻、问、切”数字化量化,并给出相应的方药指导建议及循经调理、脏腑调理方案,气虚、血虚证人实现向健康状态转归.
目的 实现实验性芤脉"脉变"前后的中医四诊合参信息数字化和量化,创建人体无创的失血、伤津模型.方法 对符合纳入标准随机选取的31例受试者,在安静端坐状态下,测量血压并使用四诊合参辅助诊疗仪采集中医四诊信息,然后嘱受试者做Valsalva动作,同时采集四诊信息.通过分析比较受试者数字化和量化的中医四诊合参诊断信息,评价模拟失血、伤津模型.结果 与自然状态相比,31例受试者,做Valsalva动作时脉力、弦紧度、血压降低(P<0.01),脉率、变异系数(coefficient of variation,CV)、脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)升高(P<0.01),Valsalva动作后舌质颜色加深(P<0.01).结论 本研究利用四诊合参辅助诊疗仪将Valsalva动作前和Valsalva动作时的中医四诊合参信息数字化、量化,对比建立了人体无创中医失血、伤津模型.
目的:通过对津液输布异常人群及健康受试者进行唾液、汗液、尿液及其他人体数据的采集与分析,探讨人体津液客观指标对于气血津液辨证的作用.方法:根据中医医师与四诊合参辅助诊疗仪经主客观联合辨证,分为正常组与津液输布异常组.采集人体基础信息、测量唾液及人体各部位汗液分泌量、使用全自动生化仪检测尿液、唾液、汗液的相关小分子浓度,并进行统计学分析.结果:津液输布异常组的心率降低、血压和BMI均显著升高;津液输布异常组的唾液分泌速率、运动时的汗出总量、前胸汗出量、后背汗出量相比正常组均明显增高;津液输布异常组受试者唾液、汗液中的镁离子浓度比起正常组有所下降.结论:人体唾液分泌、汗出、尿排泄相关生物学信息为中医津液辨证提供了一种客观评价的依据.
Objective: Diagnose human body's health and sub-health state through four diagnostic and auxiliary instrument to form the data set of healthy state and sub-health state, and quantify the state of qi and blood of the human body digitally. Methods: A total of 122 healthy and sub-healthy people were collected and diagnosed by four digital diagnoses methods of TCM to form data set of qi deficiency, qi stagnation, blood deficiency and health groups and give the corresponding prescription suggestions respectively. Results: Compared with the healthy group, qi deficiency group had lower pulse intensity, qi stagnation group had greater pulse tightness, faster pulse wave velocity, blood deficiency group had small pulse intensity, faster pulse wave velocity (P<0.05). Compared with the healthy group, the tongue ecchymosis in the qi deficiency group increased, the qi stagnation group has increased tongue ecchymosis, blood deficiency group of tongue color is dominated by red, with more yellow moss,tongue ecchymosis increased (P<0.05), the recognition of TCM constitution by listening and smelling, qi deficiency group, blood deficiency group, health group constitution are mainly gold, qi stagnation group are mainly soil. Conclusion: Four diagnostic methods and Auxiliary instrumentcan quantify the status of the human body to quantify the status of qi and blood, to achieve early diagnosis of sub-health status and give prescription advice, it can be extended and applied.
Objective: To propose meridian-viscera conditioning method as a new theory of modern theory of acupuncture, and to provide new ways to regulate state of health, sub-health and illness combined with modern technology low-frequency and negative pressure meridian-viscera regulator. Methods: According to TCM theory, traditional nursing used acupuncture, moxibustion, scraping, cupping, massage, stimulating meridian to treat diseases. This research adopted the lowfrequency and negative pressure meridian-viscera regulator and meridian-viscera conditioning method in the state of health, subhealth and illness, in order to explore the corresponding nursing points and regulate human physiological function in 51 Sub-health patients. Results: The body of sub-health state turned into health state. Conclusion: Meridian-viscera conditioning method chooses less nursing points, and the operation is simple and practical.
Objective: The curative effect of pneumatic pulsatile cupping on pain has been shown. This study was conducted to investigate effects of the pulsating frequency of pneumatic pulsatile cupping, compared with traditional cupping (TC), on body pain and quality of life (QoL) in people with suboptimal health status (SHS). Materials and Methods: Ninety-six participants with SHS were randomized to low-frequency (LF; n = 24) or high-frequency (HF; n = 24) pulsating cupping, traditional cupping (TC; n = 24), or wait-list (WL; n = 24) groups. The LF, HF, and TC groups received 4 sessions of cupping over 2 weeks. Visual analogue scale (VAS; 0-100 mm) pain level and Short-Form-36 (SF-36) QoL measurements were taken before and after the intervention. Results: Both LF and HF reduced pain significantly (VAS: -28.26; 95% confidence interval [CI] -36.18 to -20.34; and -31.88, 95% CI -39.81 to -23.96; both P = 0.000) and improved QoL more than WL (SF-36, Bodily Pain dimension: 1.46, 95% CI: 0.85 to 2.07; and 1.75, 95% CI: 1.14 to 2.36, both P = 0.000). Compared to TC, LF and HF significantly reduced pain (VAS: -7.92, 95% CI: -15.75 to -0.08, P LT = 0.048; and -11.54, 95% CI: -19.38 to -3.70, P HT = 0.004) and improved QoL (SF-36, Bodily Pain dimension: 0.61, 95% CI: 0.01 to 1.21, P LT = 0.046; and 0.90, 95% CI: 0.30 to 1.50, P HT = 0.004). There was no significant difference between LF and HF. Conclusions: This study showed that, in patients with SHS, pulsatile cupping therapy could have a more-favorable effect to relieve body pain, compared to TC. LF and HF pulsation produced equivalent pain relief. Further studies investigating the underlying mechanism are needed. Trial registration: This trial was registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR-INR-16009345).
Objective:To compare the effects of pulsating and static cupping on non-specific neck pain and local skin microcirculation blood perfusion,which is a pilot study.Methods:Seventy participants with non-specific neck pain were randomized to the following groups:low-frequency pulsating cupping(LF,n=20);high-frequency pulsating cupping(HF,n=20);static cupping(SC,n=20),or waiting list(WL,n=10).The LF,HF,and SC received a bilateral 10-minute cupping treatment at Jianzhongshu(SI 15).Outcomes were pain intensity(visual analog scale,VAS),functional status(Neck Disability Index,NDI),and skin blood perfusion at the SI 15,Dazhui(GV 14),and Shenzhu(GV 12) acupoint areas,measured using Laser Speckle Contrast Analysis technology.Results:Both LF and HF groups showed a significant reduction in VAS scores compared with the SC group(9.00,95% CI 1.05-16.95,P=.027;8.75,95% CI 0.80-16.70,P=.031).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the LF and HF groups(P>.05) and between NDI scores measured 3 days after intervention among the four groups(P>.05).In the SI 15 area,blood perfusion in the three treatment groups was higher than that in WL group(P <.01),and the perfusion unit(PU) of the HF pulsating group at 5 minutes after intervention was significantly higher compared with the SC group(P <.05).In the GV 14 area,blood perfusion in the two pulsating cupping groups was higher compared with the WL and SC groups after cupping(P <.05).In the GV 12 area,the PU of the LF group was higher compared with the other three groups only at the time of cup removal(P <.05).Conclusion:This study showed that pulsating cupping may have more favorable analgesic effects on non-specific neck pain compared with static cupping,which may be related to its better effect on improving the local skin blood perfusion.
OBJECTIVE:The study aim was to use existing relevant indexes to establish an index series for the quantitative measurement of Qi deficiency pattern(QDP) in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:Seventeen indexes of arterial oxygen saturation(SaO 2 ),TCM pulse diagnosis,heart rate,and blood pressure were integrated into an index series,and 94 selected subjects were divided into a healthy control group,a mild QDP group,and a typical QDP group.All three groups were then synchronously given a breath-holding(BH) test and index detections using TCM apparatus for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment and a photoplethysmograph.The detections were carried out repeatedly until there was no monotonic change in the value of the minimal SaO 2d uring a BH measurement(SaO 2 min ) or in the duration of BH during a BH measurement(TBH).RESULTS:BH measurement and index detection data from 380 eligible cases were analyzed and a significant intergroup difference was found for 12 indexes.CONCLUSION:An index series for quantitative QDP measurement could comprise the 12 effective indexes:RSaO 2d (rate of decline of SaO 2d uring a BH measurement),RSaO 2r (recovery rate of SaO 2 after a BH measurement),SaO 2 min ,BFV(blood flow velocity),TSaO 2d (the time at which SaO 2 started declining during a BH measurement),TBH,TSa O2 min (the time of occurrence of the minimal SaO 2d uring a BH measurement),TSa O 2 max (the time of occurrence of the maximal SaO 2 after a BH measurement),PTP(pulse-touching pressure),SBP(systolic blood pressure),PWV(pulse wave velocity),and DBP(diastolic blood pressure).Of the indexes,RSaO 2d could play akey role in quantitative QDP measurement;RSaO 2r and Sa O 2 mincould be used to differentiate the QDP symptom of shortness of breath and as early-warning indexes for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.BFV,TSaO 2d ,and TBHcould be used to quantitatively assess the QDP symptoms of spontaneous perspiration and shortness of breath.
目的:采用四诊合参辅助诊疗仪及低频负压循经脏腑调理仪分别进行中医诊疗和调理,以获取数字化的诊断信息和更精准的调理.方法:随机选取北京中医药大学在校大学生20例作为受试者,由经过培训的有经验的实验者使用低频负压循经脏腑调理仪对受试者进行调理,分别在调理前后采集受试者的数字化四诊信息,并对比调理前后的四诊信息.结果:低频负压循经脏腑调理仪数字化的调理,使调理更安全、稳定、有效.四诊合参辅助诊疗仪将四诊信息数字化、量化,实现了主客观联合辨证,同时给中医临床疗效评价提供了数字化指标.结论:中医类医疗器械的临床应用价值:①促进中医临床工作的数字化、定量化、标准化;②提高临床辨证水平,提高临床疗效;③提供评价临床疗效的数字化指标;④数字化的调理,使调理更安全、精准、有效.
Objective: By applying the multiple information integration skill, the innovative low frequency vibration coupled sub-pressure recuperate method expressed the advantage in recuperate effect, time span and sub-pressure value, suggest the capability to provide accurate recuperate service. Methods: An optimized device named "Low Frequency Vibration Coupled Sub-pressure Device" (LFVSPD) was developed. LFVSPD provide optimized solution including: ①Low frequency coupled subpressure recuperates method to adjust biomechanical properties, elevate penetration abilities of tissues and capable to create resonance vibration with viscera, the effect could be suggested by color of cupping plaque. ②Color based recuperation quantity feedback mechanism support the limitation setting in plaque color during recuperation. ③Elastic deformation-sub-pressure based optimized sub-pressure value determination; ④LFVSPD based two recuperate method, meridian and collateral recuperation method and viscera recuperation method, which could assist TCM dialectic conclusion and provide target recuperation. Thirty-eight health and pain subjects were enrolled to participate this trial. Results: Compare with traditional cupping therapy, LFVSPD would result in lighter plaque color and better subjective feelings. Based on the dynamic image data feedback mechanism, the recuperate time and sub pressure value could be automatically controlled. Conclusion: LFVSPD could provide optimized solution in recuperate mechanism, lighten plaque color, color based quantity control feedback and elastic deformation based optimized sub-pressure setting, provide optimized solution in quantify adjustable and targetable viscera recuperation.
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Four-diagnostic Auxiliary Apparatus in disease diagnosis.METHODS: The liver cancer patients and healthy controls were recruited from Shanghai Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, respectively. Then, the included subjects were diagnosed by the Four-diagnostic auxiliary apparatus.RESULTS: Thirty liver cancer patients and 30 paired healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Based on the apparatus, the pulse wave velocity was significantly higher in patients compared with controls(P < 0.05). The number of patients with purple tongue and ecchymosis were more than controls(P < 0.05). The number of patients(10%) with yellow tongue coating were higher than the controls(0%). Patients were inclined to be with water type and fire type constitution.CONCLUSION: TCM Four-diagnostic auxiliary apparatus can be applied in clinical diagnosis of body constitution and health status of subjects. It promotes the accuracy and speed for disease diagnosis and TCM standardization.
目的:观察脉动负压疗法对慢性非特异性颈痛患者的即刻镇痛效应,并观察其对局部血流灌注量的影响.方法:70例患者随机分为低频脉动罐组20例(30次/min)和高频脉动罐组20例(80次/min),抽气罐组20例,休息对照组10例.3个治疗组于两侧肩中俞穴区拔罐10min,以疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为镇痛效应指标,同时应用激光散斑成像系统监测拔罐前后局部血流灌注量的变化.结果:干预前后自身对照结果显示,3个治疗组均可显著降低VAS分值(P<0.01).与休息对照组比较,3个治疗组均显著降低VAS评分(P<0.01,P<0.05);与抽气罐组比较,低频脉动罐组与高频脉动罐组的VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),但两组之间并无显著差异.肩中俞穴区血流灌注量变化率显示,3个治疗组均显著高于休息对照组(P<0.01).大椎穴区血流量变化率显示,低频脉动罐组及高频脉动罐组均显著高于抽气罐组和休息对照组(P<0.01).身柱穴区血流量变化率显示,低频脉动罐组显著高于高频脉动罐组、抽气罐组及休息对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05).VAS评分与各穴区的血流灌注量变化率均呈负向直线相关(P<0.05).结论:脉动负压疗法及抽气罐疗法对慢性非特异性颈痛患者均具有较好的即刻镇痛效应,脉动负压疗法疗效更佳,可能与其更好地改善局部血流量有关.
