目的 研究推行日间手术对缩短平均住院日的作用效果.方法 调取2014年1月至2019年12月全院及眼科的平均住院日数据,采用中断时间序列的分段回归模型,分析推行日间手术前后平均住院日的变化趋势.结果 开展日间手术后,全院平均住院日每月下降0.06天,较开展前每月降幅增加0.033天(P<0.001);眼科的平均住院日较开展前每月降幅增加0.094天(P<0.001),平均每月下降0.115天.结论 日间手术的开展缩短了平均住院日,有助于提高医院资源利用率.
The purpose of this study is to obtain a high-yield CoQ producing strain.The recombination of ubiA gene in pkk223-3 plasmid was confirmed by restriction enzyme digestion and sequencing;the strain with recombine plasmid was transformed,the changes of CoQ yield and the types of CoQ were analyzed.The fermentation process was optimized through several key factors:fermentation time,the numbers of pHBA supplements,the fermentation temperature and the amount of dissolved oxygen.The results showed that the strains with ubiA gene were successfully obtained,the yield of CoQ increased 95% and the types were unchanged;the optimized fermentation conditions were as following:replenishing pHBA 3 times,rotate speed 175 r/min,fermentation temperature 34℃ and fermentation for 15 hours,the CoQ yield achieved 2.08mg/g and increased 216%.In conclusion,it was the first time to use overexpressing ubiA gene by knocking out menA gene,CoQ production of mutant strain is greatly improved with the optimized fermentation conditions.The study goal was achieved.
目的利用SAS软件实现集中指数及其可信区间的计算。方法以2001年和2005年中国西部地区儿童营养状况的调查数据为例,分别计算两年干预组与对照组的生长迟缓、消瘦和低体重等指标的集中指数及其差值,利用bootstrap再抽样计算集中指数的可信区间。结果根据集中指数计算公式,我们把SAS程序分为6步,最终得到2001年到2005年干预组各营养指标的集中指数差值分别为生长迟缓-0.084,95%可信区间(-0.161,-0.001),消瘦为-0.094(-0.210,0.036),低体重为-0.109(-0.200,-0.004)。结论 SAS程序及bootstrap方法具有通用性、实用性和高效性的特点。
Mplus是目前最流行、也是功能最强大的潜变量分析软件.在处理分类潜变量和连续潜变量模型时具有独特的优势.Mplus由Linda Muthén和Bengt Muthén于1998年合作研发,目前已经发展到版本6.它具有程序语言简单、统计模型和估计算法多的特点,受到了越来越多的统计工作者的青睐.2012年4到6月份的一期《Structural Equation Modeling》的所有七篇文章中全都使用了Mplus软件[1].目前国内对于Mplus软件的应用处于初始阶段,因此本文试图简单介绍Mplus软件的基本功能,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用.
