针对农村烤烟房数据采集精度低和可移动性较差等问题,提出一个烤烟房温湿度控制方案.单片机采集的数据后通过Wi-Fi无线网络传送到Android手机.基于Android Studio开发实时监测软件,实现对温湿度数据的实时监测.实践证明,该系统的应用可降低烤烟房的运行成本,有助于提高烟叶的烘烤质量.

This paper expounds a design of jaw crushers hydraulic overload protection system.This design makes the machine safety,sensitive response,automatic troubleshooting in the overload.It can fast and automatic reset to restore the normal work.Through PLC control,it can realize the automation of crushing process and overload protection.The design can improve productivity,make the machine safety and reliability working.

FINS Protocol can be used in the OMRON networks communication such as CompoBus/D,Controller Link,Ethernet.Principles of FINS protocol were introduced briefly.The serial communication method between master computer and PLC based on FINS protocol was investigated.OMRON CP1H PLC was chosen as a remote slave.The program in master computer used Visual C++ 6.0 was introduced and message exchange was realized by sending FINS command to PLC.This method can be further developed as a simple,remote and real time supervision method based on FINS protocol.

RFID technology is an automatic identification technology that can read and write the tags without contact,which is widely applied to a lot of fields.This paper expounds the serial communication between host computer and RFID controller,using MSComm control under VB environment and gives the communication program.

No-Protocol Communication is a kind of serial communication mode of PLC that can be used in the communications between PLC and host computers or other equipments.Principles of No-Protocol Communication were introduced briefly in this paper.No-Protocol Communication programmers between a PLC and a host computer,between two PLCs,and between a PLC and a RFID controller are given.Some problems in the applications are concluded.

Modbus is a universal serial communication protocol used in control devices.This paper introduces the Modbus protocol and method of communication between PC and inverters,discusses the creation method of the Cyclic Redundancy Check Code(CRC-16),designs the CRC-16 calculation subprogram,and gives the main programmer of the PC monitoring several distributed inverters by serial communication via RS-485 bus.The practice shows that this method is convenient and reliable.
