针对广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B,automatic dependent surveillance broadcast)地面接收站数据存在缺失点、离群点等异常点的问题,在建立多约束条件判别模型的基础上筛选ADS-B轨迹缺失点,并对航迹进行插值,采用标准化欧氏度量的改进邻近算法对整条轨迹进行异常点数据检测,最后应用多重插补法对异常轨迹点进行修复.以实际运行数据为例,验证对比了改进的K最近邻(KNN,K-nearest neighbor)算法用于检测ADS-B异常轨迹点的准确率,该方法可有效解决轨迹异常点检测疏漏问题,为航空器ADS-B原始轨迹数据挖掘提供支撑.
为有效掌握空中交通流的分布规律,提高飞行轨迹聚类效率与质量,提出了一种精确度高、运算快、自主识别异常轨迹的飞行轨迹聚类方法.首先,改进均匀参数化法降低了飞行轨迹数据规模.其次,提出一种基于核主成分分析(kernel prin-cipal component analysis,KPCA)和飞行轨迹降维方法,突出不同类点之间的差异.最后,采用基于密度空间聚类(density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise,DBSCAN)算法剔除飞行干扰轨迹并完成聚类.实验表明,该方法在简化数据预处理的条件下,对1243条飞行轨迹实现准确聚类,划分识别出6个类别,保持较高的聚类质量并识别异常轨迹.相较于其他聚类方法,该方法简化了聚类前对飞行轨迹的预处理,提高了聚类效率,聚类效果更加准确,并能够识别异常轨迹.

With the growth of air traffic flow, the technology of airspace security risk assessment needs to be improved urgently. In order to deeply excavate the data information of aviation security incidents and explore the law and characteristics of hidden accident causes, on the basis of constructing a knowledge graph of aviation safety events, the method of correspondence analysis is used to study the internal relations between the constituent elements of aviation safety events, explores the seven types of aviation security incidents and the correlation degree between time and area, distinguishes and marks the relationship according to the results of correspondence analysis, visualizes the information data of aviation security incidents, obtains the knowledge Graph of aviation security incidents, and provides auxiliary decision-making for airspace security risk assessment.
In order to deeply analyze the spatial characteristics of the traffic flow in the airport scene, reveal the mutual influence and evolution process of various parameters in the traffic flow. This article takes Tianjin Binhai International Airport as an example, draws on the three-phase traffic theory and related analysis methods in ground transportation, and builds taxiway traffic flow based on aircraft ADS-B historical data using the cell transmission model (CTM) method Cell transmission model, and the simulation of the phase change process of taxiway traffic flow on the model scene is realized by MATLAB, and the error between the simulation results and the real data is not more than 0.02 flights/min. Finally, the operating state of the traffic flow on the airport scene is divided, and the cause and evolution mechanism of its formation is analyzed for different traffic flow states. It can be seen from the experimental results that the study on the characteristics of the traffic flow on the airport surface can effectively optimize the arrival and departure procedures, improve the efficiency of airport control, and has great application value for traffic flow management.
Flight number is the main identification mark for aircraft operation management in the control area, but similar flight numbers may cause control risk problems. This paper establishes an efficient method for identifying similar flight numbers by studying the rules of identifying similar flight numbers. Based on the relevant regulations of China Civil Aviation Administration and the identification rules of the experimental analysis in this paper, the procedure of identifying similar flight numbers is optimized and improved. Similar flight number identification method uses specially optimized LD algorithm to better adapt to the screening of similar flight numbers, and to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of similar flight number screening. Finally, by experiments and horizontal comparison analysis with other similarity calculation methods, it is proved that this method can effectively detect similar flight numbers and achieve the objective of assisting air traffic controllers to complete their work safely and efficiently.
To achieve flight risk identification and assessment in the new field of UAVs, two index systems of risk prediction and safety evaluation are constructed in this work by categorizing the set of UAV flight risks, and the identification subset is set according to the UAV characteristics and use. Risk identification elements are set for the identification subset, and the qualitative attributes of risk identification elements are quantified by set-valued statistics. A general quantitative model for the flight risk identification of UAVs is established. According to the different flight risk factors, UAV flight risks are categorized, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted, and case data are used to quantitatively evaluate different types of risks. Finally, the application of the techno-economic evaluation method to the feasibility evaluation of the UAV flight risk prevention scheme is proposed to provide support for UAV flight risk management.
According to the problem of low detection rate and bad quality of generated detectors,to improve the non-self space coverage,a mobile malware detection model based on hyper-ellipsoid immune theory was proposed.The method of combined dynamic and static analysis was used to comprehensively extract and characterize mobile malware characteristics,and immune detectors were encoded based on hyper-ellipsoid.Mature detectors were generated through immune tolerance based on negative selection algorithm.Hyper-ellipsoid detectors were optimized through clone,the high affinity detectors were mutated,and the offspring with better detection performances were obtained.Finally,Android malicious application samples were collected and experimental simulation was carried out.The results show that the proposed model has higher detection efficiency and accuracy.

A model of database concurrency control with locking mechanism is constructed by the Extended Colored Petri Nets with inhibitor and permissive arcs.The model is applied to describing the system that has multi-processes accessing to shared resources.The data inconsistency arising as the concurrence in the database is solved by the Two-Phase Locking Protocol.The live-lock caused by the Two-Phase Locking Protocol is solved by the Fist-In-Fist-Out strategy and give deadlock detection methods.
