Objective To explore a good surgical procedure of double eyelid plasty that has a good effect,quick recovery and minor injury.Methods From March 2010 to February 2012,we adopted the Modiifed Three-Point Mini-Incision Buried suture method on some patients. They needed double eyelid plasty but not accepted to remove the skin.Results All 412 cases treated with this method during the past two years were satisifed with the surgical results.Conclusion It is a simple and effective method with such advantages as less-invasive, quick recovery, natural-looking, form-lasting after operation.

Objective To explore autologous adipose granule transplant treatment of vagina relaxation.Methods From March of 2008 to June 2012,38 patients with mild to moderate vaginal relaxation had accepted autologous adipose granule transplant treatment,observe is there some nodules and cysts in part,vaginal insert tightness and sex life satisfaction evaluation criteria,and in accordance with results to determine the need for re-operation.Results 38 patients,respectively through l to 2 times the adipose granule injected restorative treatment,reached satisfactory results.29 patients after one injection,9 patients with moderate relaxation by the second injection.Conclusion Since the adipose granule transplant treatment of vaginal relaxation required short time,simple and easy to operate,little injury,postoperative quick recovery and good effect.

Objective:To explore the effect of Gubixiao capsule on the levels of SOD、MDA、NO in the patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:25 knew knee osteoarthritis patients orally took the medicine such as Gubixiao capsule.The levels of SOD,MDA and NO in plasma were detected before the treatment and when the patients were treated for a week and three weeks and seven weeks.The obtained data was statisted by SPSS 10.0 software.Results:The levels of MDA and NO had no significance between for a week and before treatment(P0.05,P0.05),but there was for SOD(P0.05).There was significance in the levels of SOD,MDA and NO after the treatment for 3 weeks(P0.05,P0.05,P0.01),7 weeks later,which was very significance(P(0.01),P0.01,P0.01).Conclusion:Gubixiao capsule can effectively improve abnormal OFR and NO metabolism in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
