为探讨煤矿安全标志应用的有效性,运用文献综述法,结合矿工认知安全标志的6个阶段,总结归纳出27个煤矿安全标志有效性影响因素.根据来自4个煤矿258份矿工调查问卷,利用因子分析法,建立煤矿安全标志有效性影响因素指标体系.在确定3个层次的指标权重的基础上,对各影响因素的重要度进行理论研究.结果表明:刺激性对煤矿安全标志的有效性影响力最大;心理惯性、安全标志设置位置和辅助文字对其有效性影响较为显著.优化煤矿安全标志设置,改善安全培训和管理,有助于提高安全标志的有效性.
Miners safety integrity is one of the important factors that cause unsafe behavior to occur. In order to study the relationship between miners' safety integrity and unsafe behavior,the miners' safety integrity was divided into safety attitude integrity and safety ability integrity,and a research model was built for studying relationships between miners' safety integrity,miners' safety compliance,and safety participation.For the model,behavior intention was taken as the mediating variable. An investigation on 212 miners from5 coal mines was conducted. The data were analyzed by SEM technique. Study shows that the safety ability integrity of miners has positive effects on their compliance behavior and participation behavior,however it has not a significant correlation with behavior intention; safety attitude integrity of miners has positive effects on their compliance behavior,and influences the participation behavior only through the mediating variable of behavior intention.
The Prevention of accidents must control unsafe behavior of human.Based on the analysis of miners' unsafe behavior intervention strategy set,using the principle of system dynamics(SD),this article constructed the SD model of miners' unsafe behavior combined intervention system,then used the software Vensim to carried out a dynamic simulation on the intervention effectiveness of the combined intervention system.In this study,the miners' unsafe behavior combined intervention model developed from qualitative to quantitative mathematical model,it will have a certain guiding significance for coal mine to put forward scientific employees' unsafe behavior control strategies.
For the purpose of probing into the quality abilities that the fire fighters should possess to qualify them for the position and improve their comprehensive quality, an behavior event interviews and a questionnaire survey were conducted on the competency of fire fighters. Through an exploratory factor analysis on the 172 effective responses, a competency model for fire-fighter was initially established. Then an investigation on 164 fire fighters from 7 fire brigades was conducted and analyzed by means of confirmatory factor analysis. The study shows that the result of the confirmatory factor analysis supports the rationality of building the initial model, And the competency model for the fire fighters contains five dimensions and 19 competency items. The five dimensions are psychological quality, vocational skill, self-development, professional accomplishment and interpersonal cooperation. The study has both theoretical and practical significance on the selection, training and improvement of the comprehensive quality of fire fighters.
In order to study miners'unsafe behavior influencing factors,28 miners'unsafe behavior influencing factors were summed up according to the intrinsic and extrinsic factors with the literature review method.On the basis of this theory,a miners' unsafe behavior influencing factors questionnaire was prepared,the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data was made with factor analysis method,and a index system of miners'unsafe behavior influencing factors was established.In addition,the index weight value of all levels were determined and the miners'unsafe behavior influencing factors were importantly analyzed.This study provided a theoretical basis for controlling miners'unsafe behaviors.
In this paper, the behavior observation and behavior sampling methods were applied to collect the miners' unsafe behaviors and a database of the miners' unsafe behaviors was built;the quantitative analysis was made on the correlation degree between the working environmental factors of the miners and the influence factors of unsafe behaviors on the basis of the stratified correlation analyzing method and the database of the unsafe behaviors. The research results showed that the external factors were closely correlated with the miners' behaviors, the correlation degree between them is 81. 3%;in the external factors, there is a greatest correlation degree between the environmental factors and the miners' unsafe behaviors, it is 33. 4%.
Based on the evolutionary game theory,it built the game models of miners and safety supervisors as well as miners and miners.Through the calculation and analysis of the model,it provided some guidance for controlling unsafe behavior of miners in coal mines and reduced the accidents due to unsafe behavior factors.At the same time,it discussed several aspects which should be noted in work.
For the purpose of exploring the qualities and abilities that foremen of coal mines were competent in their place,enhancing the grass-roots management capacity of coal mines,and decreasing the occurrence of unsafe behavior for miners.Through critical incident interviews and literature review,it initially determined the competency feature factors what foremen of coal mines should have.Then through twice questionnaire survey,it constructed competency feature models of foremen of coal mines with exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The results showed that the competency feature models of foremen of coal mines consisted of 5 dimensions and 18 competency feature entries.The 5 dimensions were safety practice ability,interpersonal cooperation ability,self development ability,team management ability and professional quality.
