在"十一五"规划纲要中,建筑节能工程被列入国家十大节能工程.在设计行业,节能设计也已成为设计的一项重要内容.国家制定的<节约能源法>、<公共建筑节能设计标准>及<建筑照明设计标准>等相关法规和标准的出台为建筑节能提供了法律保障,同时也为设计人员在建筑节能设计中提供了操作依据.各地施工图审查机构也将节能设计作为专项进行审查.具体到电气设计,重点审查的就是照明功率密度值,并作为强制条款.可见,照明节能设计在电气节能设计中的重要性.作为电力使用的一个重要组成部分,我国照明用电量约占全社会总用电量的12%,因此,照明节能具有巨大的节能潜力.本文对照明节能设计的主要内容、设计中存在的问题及解决方法作以探讨,并提出了照明节能设计的具体措施.

Through the analysis of the current situation and energy saving effect of lighting in undergroungd garage and offices,the importance of lighting control mode to lighting energy saving was expounded.The selective principle of lighting mode in different civil building was introduced briefly.And intelligent lighting control system was discussed in detail.It was proved by analysis that adopting intelligent lighting control system could achieve better energy saving effect than traditional lighting control system.
Analyzing the current problems in design of lighting energy saving and discusses the method of calculating illuminance and the method of selecting light source,lamps,ballasts.Meanwhile,the article also discussed the lighting control mode and put forward specific measures for lighting energy saving.
The application of photovoltaic power generation system as emergency power supply in civil buildings should be used with grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system with energy storage devices. Configuration of the storage battery capacity should meet the emergency loads. Comprehensive economic and technical analysis should be made in determining whether a photovoltaic power generation system is appropriate as an emergency power supply.
