以新形势下所构建的装备保障体系为研究对象,研究探索装备保障体系运行的过程.借鉴作战体系运行OODA环理论,构建了装备保障体系AODA环运行的概念模型,分析了装备保障体系AODA环的内涵,明确装备保障体系AODA环的周期记述方法,选择大规模联合作战装备保障为典型案例,运用AODA环理论对其运行模式进行分析和描述.最终认为现阶段有效提高装备保障体系运行效率,主要应从增加信息网络传输速度、提高指控决策智能化处理能力、提升保障实体机动保障能力3个方面入手.
为科学构建战区装备保障体系,以我军大规模军事转型建设为背景,由复杂适应性系统理论入手,针对战区陆军装备保障体系开展复杂适应性描述,分析其复杂适应性特征和系统演化机制,从突出信息主导、优化体系结构、强化指挥控制3个方面,提出战区陆军装备保障体系适应性发展策略,以期为战区陆军在转型过程中有效提升整体保障能力提供理论支撑.
In this paper, we report the study of the process of fabricating a multi-layer metal micro-structure using UV-LIGA overlay technology, including mask fabrication, substrate treatment, and UV-LIGA overlay processes. To solve the process problems in the masking procedure, the swelling problem of the first layer of SU-8 thick photoresist was studied experimentally. The 5 µm line-width compensation and closed 20 µm and 30 µm isolation strips were designed and fabricated around the micro-structure pattern. The pore problem in the Ni micro-electroforming layer was analyzed and the electroforming parameters were improved. The pH value of the electroforming solution should be controlled between 3.8 and 4.4 and the current density should be below 3 A/dm2. To solve the problems of high inner stress and incomplete development of the micro-cylinder hole array with a diameter of 30 µm, the lithography process was optimized. The pre-baking temperature was increased via gradient heating and rose every 5 °C from 65 °C to 85 °C and then remained at 85 °C for 50 min – 1 h. In addition, the full contact exposure was used. Finally, a multi-layer metal micro-structure with high precision and good quality of micro-electroforming layer was fabricated using UV-LIGA overlay technology.
Taking the development of the Army's transformation and construction as an opportunity, this paper analyzes the conceptual connotation and characteristics of the equipment support system and the needs of the equipment support capability of theater army in the new era.Based on the division of the support task interface, the architecture of the Army's equipment support system in the theater from the command system, strength system, and coordination mechanism is built.Based on the principle of"moderate separation of construction and use"and"theater leads and dominates battle", the construction process and specific division of work of the equipment support system of the theater army are designed.The research results provide a theoretical reference for improving equipment support capability and promoting the transformation and construction of theater army.
本文从三个方面对微注塑成型技术的发展状况进行概述,分别为微注塑机的相关知识、目前的关键技术和研究方向,微注塑模具的结构设计与制造的工艺方法,目前微注塑成型理论的研究内容和现状.希望对微注塑成型技术的研究提供一定的指导意义和参考价值.
参考美军装备维修实行合同商保障模式,从我军军事装备维修合同商保障的运作流程入手,根据流程中所涉及的多种影响因素,从军队和地方合同商两个风险客体进行风险分析,针对性提出完善法规标准体系、推进理论实践探索、打造共享信息平台、加强人员战备训练等4个方面的防范措施,以满足各类军事任务的需求,达到互惠共赢的目的.

The paper analyzes US army equipment operational readiness definition and connotation, to studies the basic case of equipment operational readiness assessment work and some good methods to improve equipment operational readiness in the process of US army equipment management, it is instructive to promote China's military equipment construction and reform.
In view of the problems in the convergence of the teaching conditions of academic education and vocational education in "4+1" personnel training mode, such as, uneven construction level, disconnection with actual forces, single source of construction funding, lack of the resource sharing mechanism, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to change the thinking of running schools, broaden the way of construction and increase the joint training, so as to continuously increase the two-stage effective convergence and improve the quality of personnel training.
为加速推进我军新时期装备建设发展,时刻保持在编装备较高的战备完好性,从美军装备战备完好性评定工作的管理体制入手,分析其装备战备完好性评定的主要做法,结合我军现阶段装备管理现状,提出我军在装备保障领域内有效开展装备系统综合能力评定,应重点把握选择性借鉴外军经验、提高数据统计科学性、规范软件开发维护、有效利用供应商保障等几个方面的问题.

A fabrication method of micro-injection mold cavity for a cell culture device was explored in this paper.Based on the structural characteristics of the micro-injection mold cavity and overlay UV-LIGA technology,a microstructure using appropriate alloy steel as the substrate was fabricated through SU-8 photoresist optical lithography and micro-electroforming technology respectively twice.Then,a micro exhaust duct was etched on an electroforming deposit through mask etching technology.Meanwhile,the swelling problem of SU-8 thick photoresist,poor surface evenness through spin-coating and SU-8 photoresist removal in the experiment process were analyzed,and a method of designing and fabricating a 20 μm wide closed isolation strip around the mask graphics was presented to reduce the volume of SU-8 thick photoresist around the graphics and to improve the swelling deformation of plating mold.By which,the dimension error of the electroforming deposit is from 35 μm down to 10 μm and 300 μm high micro-square-cylinder side wall is steep.The introduction of closed isolation strip improves the dimensional and shape precisions of nickel electroforming deposit effectively and the uses of scraping photoresist and oleum techniques eliminates the edge bead effect and removes SU-8 photoresist completely.As a result,the micro-injection mold cavity with good quality and the high bonding strength between substrate and nickel electroforming deposit is obtained successfully.
