进行了河南省中牟地区大蒜品种栽培的比较试验,结果表明,与对照品种宋城大蒜相比,中牟早熟蒜的蒜薹产量增幅22.35%,蒜头初期产量却减少28.15%;而苍山大蒜的蒜薹产量增幅76.47%,蒜头初期产量亦增加,增幅15.56%,为薹蒜兼用型优良品种,适合大面积推广种植.
以7年生灰枣为试材,设置不同磷肥处理,研究磷肥对灰枣生长性状及产量的影响,并计算各处理的磷肥农学效率.结果表明,在施肥设计水平范围内,土壤中适量减施氮肥、增施磷肥能提高灰枣叶鲜重、叶绿素a/b值、枣果纵横径及产量,其中处理P3、P4表现最好,与对照(CK)处理相比,分别增产41.35%、62.21%;磷肥农学利用效率分别为5.88%、6.21%,当磷肥施用量超过428.4 kg/hm2(P5)时,灰枣产量及磷肥农学效率均明显下降.从灰枣增产效果以及肥料资源高效利用等综合考虑,新郑地区灰枣的磷肥合理施用量为357 kg/hm2(P4),氮磷钾合理配比约为11:7:1.
在郑州地区对11个菠菜新品种进行秋播比较试验,结果表明:金福黄叶、带刺菠菜、HD和豫艺-006具备植株发达、叶面积大、产量高、品质兼优的特点,可作为河南省郑州地区秋菠菜的主栽品种.金福黄叶植株高达41.2 cm,比盛绿高41.58%;叶面积达192.0 m2,是盛绿的1.37倍;产量最高,折合亩产量达2 237.89 kg,比盛绿产量高出48.25%.HD折合亩产量达2 185.85 kg,比盛绿产量高出44.80%.因此,金福黄叶最适合在河南地区秋播,其次为HD、带刺菠菜和豫艺-006.

Study was conducted on 6 physiological indexes of Katy Apricot grown in the greenhouse,with Katy Apricot leaf as experiment materials and those grown in the open field as the CK in Henan.The results showed that: in the greenhouse MDA content and CAT activity increased and respectively reached their maximum value 5.054 0 μmol·g-1 and 310.072 5 U·g-1·min-1 at fruit growth stage,which was 39.6% and 36.43% higher than those from the open field.The soluble sugar content,the soluble protein content,POD and SOD activity in greenhouse were lower than those in the open field.The soluble sugar content reached its maximun value 3.464 3% at the core period,which was 28.60% lower than that in the open field.POD and SOD activity respectively reached their maxium value 249.103 6 U·g-1 and 110.875 0 U·g-1·min-1 which was respectively 30.10% and its 73.73% lower than that in the open field.The soluble protein content showed different variable pattern and reached minimum value 14.0811 mg · g-1 at the young fruit period,which was 76.27% lower than that in the open field,and at that time the maximum value in the open field appeared.All the above mentioned data reached uttermost significant level.The various parts of the greenhouse were also compared,and the results showed that MDA content,the soluble sugar content,the soluble protein content,POD and SOD activity were all higher in the southern part than in the northern and central parts.However,CAT activity in the southern part was lower than in the northern part of the greenhouse.
The experiment was conducted on the photosynthesis and the structure in leaves of Katy Apricot grown in improved greenhouse of Huanghuaihai and in the open field.The results showed that cultivation conditions,the dry and fresh leaf weight ratio and specific leaf weight(SLW) were less than those in the open field;the chlorophyll content was increased,the new shoots were obviously lengthened,the single leaf area were obviously expand,the thickness of the total leaves and the palisade tissue were obviously lower than those in the open field,the stomata density,stomata length and stomata width were all lower than those in the open field,and the stomata length had no significant difference.The net photosynthetic rate showed a diurnal variation of double-peak curve,the daily maximum and the daily average of the net photosynthetic rate in the open field was higher than those in the greenhouse,those of the southern parts were higher than those in the central and the northern parts.
The photosynthesis of the leaves of apricot Katy grew in Huanghuai improved energy-saving greenhouse was studied using apricot Katy as experimental material.The results showed that in greenhouse cultivation conditions,the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate displayed double-peak curve,and the light compensation point/saturation point as well as the CO2 compensation point/saturation point were lower than in open field.Significant differences in the net photosynthetic rate,the light compensation point/saturation point and the CO2 compensation point/saturation point were observed in different parts of the greenhouse.The absolute value of net photosynthetic rate,the light compensation point/saturation point and CO2 saturation point in the Southern part were higher than in the Northern and central parts but CO2 compensation point in the Northern part was higher than in the Southern and central parts.Also,water use efficiency from high to low in turn was as:the Southern part,the open field,the Northern part and the central part
Aggregate performance of new carrot cultivars from Holland in Zhengzhou in spring were studied. The results showed that Newton F1 is the best among all six cultivars. Newton F1 has good shape of root, high yield, good quality, high commodity rate, long refreshing time at room temperature.
A new hybrid cultivar of carrot,'Hongshen',was raised by breeding technology with male sterile line.The cultivar was characterized by long column in shape,orange in color and a high trimness for individuals.The fresh weight of single root was 200.5 g in spring while it attained 290.5 g in autumn.Also,the cultivar had some characteristic,e.g.high content of carotene,early production of root organ,small leaf bunch and resistance to emerge,etc.It was suitable for cultivation in both spring and autumn.
The performances of six new cultivars introduced from holland during sowing in autumn were compared in Zhengzhou area,Henan province of China.Of all cultivars tested,the NEWTON F1 was the best.NEWTON F1 was cylinder with end obtuse in shap,salmon pink in color and uniform for individuals.It obtained high market yield in fleshy root organ.Also,the cultivar had other characteristics,such as high content of carotene,small leaf bunch.So,NEWTON F1 was the best choice in center China.

Esterase isozymes of roots,leaves and flower buds at reproductive stage were analyzed in Daucus carota L."Hongshen" and its parents by using the discontinuous system of ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results indicated that Daucus carota L."Hongshen".and its parents had 15 EST bands in detected tissues at developmental stages which changed with the developmental stage,four of which were constant.Daucus carota L."Hongshen"appeared parental complementary in EST bands and one of them expressed EST bands at different developmental stage in different tissues which was distinctive from its parents.

A new hybrid cultivar of carrot,'Hongshen',was raised by breeding technology with male sterile line:its anthers are converted completely into petals.The cultivar is characterized by long column in shape,orange in color and a high trimness for individuals.The average yield of root organ is 64 500 kg/hm2.Also,this cultivar has other characteristics,e.g.high content of carotene,early production of root organ,small leaf bunch and resistance to emerge,etc.It is suitable for cultivation in both spring and autumn.
'Moxiu'is a watermelon hybrid produced by Forestry and Horticulture College,Henan Agricultural University and Henan Yuyi Seed Company Ltd.The variety is suitable for planting in open field in some areas in China.The life history is about 105 days.The average fruit mass is about 8 kg,the yield is more than 45 t/hm~2.The fruit is oval in shape with white powder on its dark surface.The content of soluble solid material is about 11.5%.The variety tastes very delicious.It is resistant to diseases and very convenient for store and transport.
对7个夏白菜品种(系)露地夏播试验结果表明,产量由高到低依次为豫早1号、豫园50、夏优1号,西白1号,夏优3号,夏阳,北京小杂56。抗病性夏优1号最强。西白1号,夏阳,北京小杂56耐抽薹力强。参试品种除北京小杂56外,均叶色浓绿,结球紧密,品质优良。
