1小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术280例临床分析

<正>所谓小切口白内障手术指的是切口<6mm,其包括超声乳化和非超声乳化手术两种方法。而在我国超声乳化尚不能普及,尤其是在基层医院,故小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术就更有其实用价值。在2004年～2006年我院采用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗了280例白内障患者,现报告如下。

3Method of Operations to Cure Nanophthalmos Developed Glaucoma and Choroidal Leekage

目的:探讨真性小眼球继发青光眼及脉络膜渗漏的手术方法和疗效。方法:7例（14眼）诊断为真性小眼球继发青光眼及脉络膜渗漏患者行三联手术（小梁切除术+白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术）或四联手术（巩膜板层切除术+深层部分巩膜切除+小梁切除术+白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术）治疗真性小眼球继发青光眼及脉络膜渗漏。结果:术后矫正视力提高者12眼,术后眼压稳定在10～20mmHg,脉络膜渗漏者术后1wk复位。结论:三联手术及四联手术治疗真性小眼球继发青光眼及脉络膜渗漏效果良好。

4新生血管性青光眼的手术治疗

目的探讨治疗新生血管性青光眼的手术方法及疗效。方法对近10年住院治疗的新生血管性青光眼病例进行回顾性研究。结果新生血管性青光眼117例117眼。11例行小梁切除术,术后有3例不需用降压药眼压即能保持在正常范围;60例行扁平部造瘘术,有30例不需降眼压药维持;46例行扁平部造瘘术联合小梁切除术+丝裂霉素,有53例取得了良好效果。结论实施联合手术为治疗新生血管性青光眼的一种有效方法。

6Combined filtering operation with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of glaucoma

· AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of preventing the complications after operation for glaucoma combined with filtering operation with sodium hyaluronate. · METHODS: A total of 41 cases (45 eyes) with glucoma underwent glaucoma combined filtering operation with immission of appropriate amount of sodium hyaluronate in anterior chamber and under the sclera flap during operation. · RESULTS: The intraocular pressure (IOP) was significantly declined compared with the preoperative one (P<0.001). Postoperatively, the anterior chamber of degree Ιand Ⅱ was found in 10 and 3 eyes, respectively. The IOP in most cases was satisfactorily controlled. · CONCLUSION: The combined filtering operations with sodium hyaluronate can improve the success ratio and satisfaction degree of glaucoma filtering operation and reduce the occurrence of complications. ·

7New treatment for new-vascular glaucoma by creating leak at the plane part combined trabeculectomy with intraoperative application of mitomycin C

· AIM: To explore the effective treatment of the new-vascular glaucoma. · METHODS: Forty-six patients (46 eye) of new-vascular glaucoma were treated by creating leak at the plane part combined trabeculectomy with intraoperative application of mitomycin C. The follow-up period was ranged from 6 to 12 months. · RESULTS: The intraocular pressure was controlled during 12-21mmHg in 41 eyes. With antiglaucoma medications, intraocular pressure could be controlled during 12-24mmHg in 2 eyes. Two eyes were performed second operation for recurrence, and obtained better effect. One eye occurred atrophy of the eyeball. The success rate was 89.1%. · CONCLUSION: The creating leak at the plane part combined trabeculectomy with intraoperative application of mitomycin C is an effective method to treat the new-vascular glaucoma. ·
