Researching key point of the flow and implementation of Reliability Centered Main-tenance(RCM ) technology ,and relying on the technical standard based on RCM technology and engineering experience ,typical equipment failure modes of natural gas purification device were lis-ted according to the characteristics of purification equipment .The implementation of the technol-ogy was built based on existing maintenance records of the purifying device ,which provided the basis of RCM technology for popularization and application in natural gas purification device .

The Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP) method has been commonly used for the safety analysis of the safety instrumented system in a natural gas purification plant,which only focuses on the defects in terms of the designed parameters errors in the process without any detailed risk assessment on such system.On the other hand,the Safety Integrity Level(SIL) alone can not completely identify the defects of the safety instrumented system.In view of this,a method based on SIL and HAZOP was put forward to have the SIL done first on the problems or defects analyzed from HAZOP and then on the safety instrumented system(SIS) which has not been done by the HAZOP,covering the shortage of HAZOP in the self-control analysis.Cases of this combination method have been proved to be effective and valuable for the technical innovation of SIS and other systems in natural gas purification plants.
浮头换热器内浮头螺栓脆断事件在石油化工企业时有发生,主要原因是浮头螺栓在特殊环境下的选材和材料的热处理,以及换热器的设计参数是否准确。内浮头螺栓在湿H2S环境下腐蚀和开裂的机理和选材原则。分析多个内浮头螺栓在湿H2S环境下的应用案例,对万州天然气净化厂换热器的内浮头螺栓作理论计算和试验验证。结果显示,万州天然气净化厂的换热器设计压力偏高,按设计压力进行验证时,导致设备发生泄漏。参照同类设备调整设计压力后,选用不经热处理的20#钢做内浮头螺栓,能满足生产要求,建议同类工况的浮头螺栓采用20#钢。
重庆天然气净化总厂硫磺生产主要采用造粒机或结片机两种设备,液态硫磺结片或造粒用的传输带均为奥氏体不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)薄带(厚1mm),针对长期使用中钢带出现的裂纹损坏,进行焊接维修,获得了满意的效果。
This paper describes selection principles of internal floating head bolts in floating head heat exchanger under the wet H_2S condition,analyses the reason of leakage in the stress test process of equipments in Wanzhou branch plant and compares with equipments which are using in importing branch plant,which is changed design conditions for meeting production requirements.
