Effects of fermentation broth of five strains from bacterial manure on the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings were studied.The result indicated that all the strains had significant effect on the growth of seedlings.The plant height and stem diameter of cucumber seedlings which were treated with fermentation broth could reach 10.95cm and 0.41cm respectively,which were respectively improved 25.7% and 36.1% compared with the control.The plant height and stem diameter of tomato seedlings which treated with fermentation broth could reach 19.9cm and 0.325cm respectively,which were respectively improved 114% and 30% compared with the control.The result showed that the growth of vegetable seedlings treated with mixed fermentation broth was better than single fermentation broth.
The optimal mediums and subculture time of two tomatoes species(yinghong,J07)for tissue culture were stndied in this article.The result indicated that the explants of yinghong leaf blade were induced to buds directly stronger in modified MS medium adding 1.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.1mg/L IAA than other mediums and browning was lighter taking 12d as subculture time;the optimal medium for explants differentiation of J07 leaf blade was modified MS medium adding 1.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.2mg/L IAA and optimal subculture time was 20d.
The contents of amino acids and crude polysaccharides in Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi fruitbody were determined.The result showed that the total amino acid contents of Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi in pileus and stipe were respectively 13.67%,7.43%.E/T made up 36.87%,37.42%,respectively.F/T were 31.60%,29.48%,respectively and S/T were 20.19%,21.40%,respectively.The contents of amino acids were abundant and proportioned in reason.The contents of crude polysaccharides in pileus and stipe were 45.5mg/g,46mg/g,respectively.

The activity of cellulose, laccase, acid protease and polyphenol oxidase on seven strains of Agaricus blazei Murrill was studied. The result showed that the cellulose and laccase coming from the strain Ab6 were higher than the others. Protase's activity is lower than the strain Ab7 and Polyphenol oxidase activity is lower than Abl?Ab2?Ab3 ?Ab4?Ab5.The analysis indicats the strain Ab6 is the best one in the seven.
