中共中央组织部、人力资源社会保障部印发的《事业单位工作人员培训规定》(以下简称《培训规定》)自2020年1月1日起施行,对规范事业单位培训行为、提高培训质量、加强队伍建设提供了指引.基层事业单位贯彻落实《培训规定》精神,结合《专业技术人员继续教育规定》(以下简称《继续教育规定》)等要求,建立覆盖管理岗位、专业技术岗位、工勤技能岗位的培训管理体系,是推进事业单位工作人员培训工作科学化、制度化、规范化,激发工作人员学习成长积极性,培养造就高素质专业化事业单位工作人员队伍的有效途径.
随着人们对环境保护的重视,地下水污染成为当今矿企亟待解决的问题。本文针对尾渣贮存场地下水污染现状,利用 visual modflow 软件建立场区地下水渗流模型。通过对20年长期观测孔的水位计算确定渗流区含水层的各项水文地质参数,使得模型更精确地反应实际情况。利用校正的水文地质模型,对未来30年内污染物中铜离子的迁移规律进行模拟,预测了研究区渗入地下水含水层的铜离子浓度较低,影响范围较小,为下一步地下水污染的防治提供了科学依据。
There are a large range of mined-our areas in under planning construction field.They have been rein-forcement by using grouting method.Althoug a lot of water has been filled in mined areas,multi-layers mined-out areas still occurred.By using grouting method as first thin and thick after,changing diameter settings of the grouting holes,first grouting outside and then grouting insdie,and dense outside and sparse inside,grouting effect can be improved.
某拟建场区下存在煤矿采空区和耐火粘土矿采空区,通过高密度电法物探查明场区内采空区的三维分布情况,并采用钻孔进行了采空区的验证。分析表明:1)拟建工程建成后增加较大的地面荷载,有可能引发或加剧采空塌陷及伴生地裂缝地质灾害的危险性为大;2)工程设计建设时建筑结构基础宜以采空区下岩层作为持力层,并加强地质灾害和地质环境监测。
Through collecting the test data of large number of groundwater samples,the result has been found that most of deep groundwater belongs to sodium bicarbonate type water in the area such as Hengshui and Dezhou of the central North China Plain. By use of theory of groundwater cycle and geochemistry,the paper discussed about the origin of sodium bicarbonate type water formed in the central North China Plain. The results show that the groundwater of the area is from precipitation,it has the characteristics of leaching witch is affected by postwaterrock interaction and positive ion exchange action, witch makes the calcium in groundwater be absent and the sodium enrichment,the sodium bicarbonate type of water is formed. Meanwhile,the fluoride ions in groundwater enrich and their content increase in the alkaline environment.
Based on analysis of hydrogeological condition and causes and interrupt and re-upwelling of Jinan spring,the paper analyzes the impact of major construction projects to Jinan spring,focusing on the downtown rail traffic in research.The evaluation indicates that in the district of south of Minghulu road,east of Shunhelu road,north of Jingshilu road and west of Lishanlu road,there would be impact to Jinan spring in different degree if starting construction of rail transit line.The impact includes karst water run-off channel extrusion,and spring flow reduction because of dewatering drainage,and karst water level declined.
This paper discusses the feasibility of two kinds of data format conversion between different software through analysis of data format of two kinds of Wuhan COSA and Qinghua NASEW software.At last,the paper realized the data format conversion with VB programming.Practice certifies,this program has determinate practicability.
According to the hydrogeological condition and pollution situation of Shengli overland oil field, this paper studies the content and degree of organic pollution of the shallow groundwater and soil based on sampling and testing. The result is that the shallow groundwater and soil has been well-received by organic pollutants and formed many shallow groundwater contaminated area. Organic pollutants that was detected was 16 species, one or two content was high. The contaminated degree was controlled by the density, fixed number and history of oil extraction wells and distribution of petrochemical industrial.
