Plants are considered as sessile organisms that cannot avoid adverse environmental conditions and developed complex signaling networks composed of different pathways. WRKY transcription factors (TFs) are key regulators of various plant processes, including the responses to abiotic stresses. WRKY TFs are one of the largest family of transcriptional regulators found in plants. WRKY TFs act as molecular switches that modulate the expression of stress-responsive genes. Stress-induced WRKY TFs expression modulated by a complex transcriptional regulatory network that maintain the proper balance between growth, development, and stress responses. WRKY TFs typically interact with the W-box [TGACC(A/T)] of the target gene promoter to activate the expression of downstream genes. These TFs are associated in the regulation of different physiological processes. Overexpression of various WRKY genes faces the paradox of having various significant effects. These overexpression-associated undesirable phenotypes must be identified and removed for proper plant development. The present review summarized the recent development of various WRKY TFs during adverse environmental conditions as well as their role in plant growth, development and productivity for sustainable agriculture in near future.
为筛选出适合崇左蔗区生态环境的甘蔗新品种,国家糖料产业技术体系在 2019~2021 年组织开展了第 6轮联合区域试验.通过开展田间试验,比较分析参试的 10 个甘蔗品种 1 年新植蔗和 2年宿根蔗的主要农艺性状、产量、蔗糖分、含糖量、抗病性及抗逆性等.试验表明:在崇左试验点综合性状表现良好的品种是桂糖 08-120、桂糖 08-1589,而桂柳 05-19、云蔗 11-3898、云瑞 10-187、福农 09-12206等品种易感黑穗病,且蔗产量偏低.
甘蔗品种比较试验是对特定区域甘蔗品种丰产性、稳产性和适应性的一种重要测试手段.通过对10个品种一年新植两年宿根进行比较试验,分析各参试品种的主要农艺性状、蔗茎产量、蔗糖分及含糖量、抗逆性,发现综合性状表现良好的品种是海蔗22号、桂糖06-2081、桂糖08-1180、福农09-2201等4个品种.研究结果可为崇左蔗区甘蔗新品种引进、示范和推广提供参考依据.
为探究葛68优9938高产栽培技术,在崇左市宁明县农科所试验田设置105 kg/hm2(N1)、150 kg/hm2(N2)、195 kg/hm2(N3)共3个不同施氮量和24万株/hm2(D1)、30万株/hm2(D2)、36万株/hm2(D3)共3个种植密度进行大田试验,对水稻品种葛68优9938穗长、产量构成因素和产量进行分析研究.结果表明,在同一施氮水平条件下,3个种植密度对穗长、产量构成因素和产量的影响较小,差异均不显著,但在N2水平时,可获得比较高的产量;在同一种植密度的条件下,穗长、产量构成因素和产量均随着施氮量的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势,3个施氮水平对穗长、产量构成因素和产量影响均不显著,但在D2水平时,可以取得较高的产量.因此,在推广种植葛68优9938时,建议种植密度为30万株/hm2、施氮量为195 kg/hm2,能获得比较高的产量.
总结甘蔗新品种桂糖42号、桂糖46号在广西扶绥县试验点的种植表现,探讨该2个甘蔗品种在扶绥蔗区生态环境适应情况.为甘蔗新品种在扶绥蔗区的推广高产、高糖、高效的栽培技术措施提供一定的参考依据.
通过大田种植试验对崇蔗12-11、 崇蔗12-17以及崇蔗12-1463个甘蔗新品种出苗率、 分蘖率、 茎径、有效茎数及含糖量等指标进行测定.结果表明:崇蔗12-17不适宜在崇左蔗区种植,崇蔗12-11和崇蔗12-146在崇左蔗区综合表现良好,适宜在崇左蔗区推广种植.
采用脱叶性不同的3个甘蔗品种为材料,研究了不同脱叶性甘蔗品种的叶鞘中纤维素含量以及叶鞘纤维素含量与叶鞘含水量和叶绿素含量的关系.结果表明:成熟期,在相同叶位中,易脱叶甘蔗品种叶鞘中纤维素含量显著高于中脱叶品种叶鞘中纤维素含量,极显著高于难脱叶品种叶鞘中纤维素含量.相关分析表明,叶鞘纤维素含量与叶绿素含量呈显著正相关,与甘蔗叶鞘含水量呈极显著正相关,说明叶绿素和叶鞘水分对纤维素合成起积极作用.
Results of the 10th national sugarcane variety in Chongzuo of Guangxi 2014 to 2015 showed that Mintang 02-205 and Funong 07-3206 performed well. The performance of other varieties was not satisfactory among the 11 tested varieties. Mintang 02-205 outstanded as high cane and sugar yield, long-term sugar, good ratoon germination. The cane yield, sucrose, and sugar yield of Mintang 02-205 (both new-plant and ratoon) were higher than that of ROC22 (CK) by 5.7%, 0.89% (absolute value) and 12.09%. Funong 07-3206 showed more millable canes and good ratoon germination. The cane yield, sucrose, sugar yield of Funong 07-3206 (both new-plant and ratoon) were higher than that of ROC22 (CK) by 1.3%, 0.18% (absolute value) and 2.66%.
通过对广西各科研单位、企业所提供的普通玉米新品种在本所进行区域试验,筛选出高产、高抗、适宜本地种植的杂交玉米新品种.通过对11个玉米新品种与对照正大619的对比试验,对产量、抗性等进行综合分析,结果表明,BCS-841、亚航0919比对照增产极显著,应大力推广;兆丰788、南校969、BCS-842、亚航639、亚航688、华优168等产量与对照差异不显著,可以推广种植.
Ten sugarcane varieties were tested through two years new plant and one year ratoon crop in Chongzuo area. Test results showed that Liucheng 05-136 had good germination, the sugar yield was superior to the other sugarcane varieties and perennial smut was less than ROC22 (CK), it could be into demonstration and promotion; Funong 1110 had quick seedling emergence, neat cane, lodging-resistance, strong ratoon, stable sugar content, sugar yield was inferior to the Liucheng 05-136, could be try into demonstration and promotion; Dezhe 03-83 had good agronomic characters of high cane yield and strong ratoon, but later mature, it could be appropriately planted as the late process material.
In order to select safe and effective agents to control malignant weeds of sugarcane, especially Cyperus rotundus, efficacy trials were conducted in sugarcane field using 75% chlorine pyrazosulfuron-ethyl. The results show that, 75%halosulfuron-methyl can be applied to control Cyperus rotundus, broad-leaved weeds and weeds in Cyperaceae. 75%halosulfuron-methyl has special effect on Cyperus rotundus, and can kill its roots and tubers and therefore the effect can be lasted to the next crop. The combined application of 75%halosulfuron-methyl (NC-319) and 55% Jia-Mie-Di (a mixed herbicide of diuron, methoxone and ametryn) can kill most weeds in cane fields with good effect.
The sugar industry plays an important role in the industrial and agricultural production in Guangxi, is one of the pillar industries of Guangxi's economy, and corn is also planted in great area in Guangxi. Sugarcane fields interplanted with other crops can increase the multiple crop indexes and increase economic benefits per unit area. It is particularly important in densely populated Guangxi with insufficient farmland. To resolve the contradiction between corn and sugarcane and find the best model of sugarcane fields intercropped with maize for production applications, comparative experiments of maize in different planting density and planting patterns were conducted. Results showed that planting maize with single point per plant is better than single point double plants, the density of 1400 plants/acre is the best.
对14个新审定的玉米新品种进行比较试验,对农艺性状、产量等进行综合分析。结果表明:南校969、桂单1125、亚航0919、YH689、云瑞68、桂单160、绿丰4号的产量与对照正大619相比增产极显著,抗病能力比较好,可以进行生产示范试验。
Results of the 8th national sugarcane variety trial in Chongzuo of Guangxi from 2011 to 2012 showed that Yunzhe 06-407 and Funong 02-5707 performed well.The performance of other varieties is not satisfactory in the 12 testing varieties.Cane yield of Yunzhe06-407(both new-plant and ratoon) were the highest,with good agronomic characteristics,good ratoon germination,but presented lower cane sucrose.Funong 02-5707 showed good agronomic characteristics,good technical characteristics,good ratoon germination,high and stable cane yield,the sugar yield was higher than ROC22(CK1) and ROC16(CK2) by 0.15% and 1.56%(absolute value).
