Rat infestation is the main forest biological disaster in the Shiye area of Shangzhi State-owned Forest Farm Administration. Combined with the occurrence and development of forest rodents in Shangzhi State-owned Forest Farm, put forward the guiding ideology and principles of rodent prevention and control, determine key investigation and monitoring areas and survey methods, put forward forest rodent prevention and control countermeasures, pre-control preparations and control technical measures, etc. The monitoring and investigation, prevention and control work, control effect and quality inspection of rodent situation were analyzed in detail, so that Shangzhi State-owned Forest Farm Administration could better carry out forest rodent control work and protect forest resources.

在樟子松人工林中,采用剖面取样法,根据颜色、结构、分解程度等自上而下逐层采集凋落物,利用保湿培养法和稀释平板法共获得18株可培养真菌菌株,经分析,可培养真菌菌群在整个凋落物分解进程中的多样性呈现先增加后减少的趋势.
In order to find biological control strains for preventing and controlling plant diseases,antagonistic effect of Streptomyces sp.(S-msu2 )on pathogenic fungi of trees was studied by culturing face to face on a plate and growth rate method.Streptomyces sp.(S-msu2)have different degree of inhibition on six pathogenic fungi (Dothis-troma pini ,Valsa sordida ,Diplodia pinea ,Mycosphaerella laricileptolepis ,Botryosphaeria laricina & Cladospo-rium tenuissimum ).The average width of inhibitive zones on plate ranged from 4.5 mm to 13.4 mm.The fermenta-tion product of Streptomyces sp.could inhibit the growth of hyphal and germination of spore;inhibition effects of Streptomyces sp.on D .pinea is the optimal.The hyphal growth inhibition rate is up to 70.6%;relative inhibition rate of spore germination reach 75.7%.It could also lead to the distortion of germ tube which was used for spore germination.Result shows that the fungus Streptomyces sp.(S-msu2)have certain potential application of biologi-cal control for Pinus Sylvestris var.mongolica shoot blight and Valsa sordida .
采用平板对峙培养法和生长速率法研究了Streptom ycessp.(S-msu2)菌株对几种树木病原真菌的拮抗效应,旨在挖掘对树木病害防治有效的生防菌株.Streptom ycessp.(S-msu2)菌株对Dothistroma pini、Valsa sordida、Diplodia pinea、Mycosphaerella laricileptolepis、Botryosphaeria laricina、Cladosporium tenuissimum 6种树木病原真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,平均抑菌带宽度在4.5-13.4mm 范围内.Streptom ycessp.菌株发酵产物对病原菌菌丝的生长及孢子的萌发也具有一定的抑制效果,对D.pinea 抑制效果最好,菌丝生长抑制率高达70.6%,孢子萌发相对抑制率高达75.7%,并使萌发孢子的芽管发生畸变.Streptomycessp.(S-msu2)菌株作为樟子松枯梢病和杨树烂皮病的生防菌株具有一定的应用潜力.
In this study,we introduced the contents of forest-land one mapfor the county,provincial and national levels,and studied the key technologies of forest-land one mapinformation extraction,data check and the integration of database. Based on the Web Service,we designed and developed a data management and service platform of national forest-land one map,and operated it online. lastly,the data application for forest-land one mapwas discussed.
Inoculation effects of three ectomycorrhizal fungi (Xerocomus pulverulentus ,Armillaria luteovirens &Amanita vaginata )on Pinus koraiensis seedlings were studied by adopting pot-culture method.Result shows that X .Pulverulentus can form the mycorrhizal symbionts with Pinus koraiensis seedlings,which could improve the seedling height,ground diameter and dry biomass of Pinus koraiensis ;the colonization percentage reached by 61.5%;three mycorrhizal contribution rate is 50.39%,40% & 69.94%,respectively.X .pulverulentus can signifi-cantly improve the activity of phosphatase of soil in the rhizosphere soil,and promote the transformation of total phosphorus into available phosphorus activity,so as to improve the content of available phosphorus in the rhizo-sphere soil.The above result shows that the fungus of X .Pulverulentus have certain potential application of mycor-rhizal seedling of Pinus koraiensis .

<正>我国随着华北、西北、内蒙古等地区樟子松的人工引种和造林面积的逐年的扩大,樟子松病害的种类、面积也逐年增加,枯梢病便是其一。松枯梢病自70年代后期在东北地区的樟子松中发现后迅速蔓延危害。目前,该病在辽宁、黑龙江樟子松人工林栽培地区大面积发生和流行,轻者影响树木的高生长,茎生长变慢,重者全株死亡,造成严重的危害,造成巨大的经济损失。本论文重点就该病害的发生、症状、病原菌、寄主、侵染循环、流行因素、防治措施等方面进行初步探讨。

An actomycete strain HD006 was isolated from the soil samples collected from Anda of Heilongjiang province.Its antagonistic activity against to pathogen of poplar leaf blight and the morphological appearance,cultural characteristics,physiological properties and biochemical characteristics of HD006 were analyzed.Homology analysis showed that its 16S rDNA sequence has the identity of 95.98% with Kitasatosporia phosalacinea.Strain HD006 was identified as K.phosalacinea var.Heilongjiang.

从樟子松枯梢病病害的症状、病原菌、病菌生物学特性、寄主范围、侵染规律、流行规律和防治技术等7个方面综述了近年来樟子松枯梢病的研究进展.
樟子松梢病的病原菌为松壳色二孢菌(Diplodia pinea),具腐生性,是一种典型的潜伏侵染的寄主主导病毒[1,2].因此,对该病的防治应以生态系统的自控能力和樟子松枯梢病流行规律为依据,采取以营林防治为主,生物防治、化学防治与之相结合的综合防治技术.
1999年,在黑龙江省尚志市一面坡林场进行了樟子松枯梢病综合防治试验.2003年根据防治试验林标准地的调查结果,经计算得知:防治所带来的经济效益非常显著,同时也说明樟子松枯梢病综合防治技术可以从根本上控制病害的发生与危害.
通过对樟子松叶、枝、芽、果等部位进行组织切片和真菌分离培养,鉴定出真茵24种,其中子囊茵3种、担子茵1种、半知茵20种.这些真菌种群在樟子松树体上可分为芽栖真菌、叶栖真茵、枝栖和果栖真菌4大类,其种类组成和数量与樟子松树龄、叶龄、枝龄、树冠层次等有密切关系.芽栖真菌种类和数量随树龄的增加而增多,叶栖真菌(特别是兼性寄生真茵)的种类和数量随叶龄的增加而增多,枝栖真菌种类和数量随枝龄的增加而增多.樟子松树栖真菌种群组成也随环境条件而发生变化,在发病的樟子松林分内樟子松枯梢病菌数量激增占主导地位,环境条件的恶化是促成变动的主要原因.在健康的樟子松林分内也广泛地分离到樟子松枯梢病菌,表明该病害是潜伏性的侵染病害.
