针对埕岛油田某海上平台采用水力旋流器油水分离效果较差的问题,设计优化了旋流管结构,大锥角由原来的25°调整为15°;入口形式由单切向入口调整为阿基米德螺旋线双入口,通过FLUENT软件进行了仿真模拟,分析了优化过程中旋流管内部流场的速度、压力、轨迹线等变化情况,为旋流管入口结构设计及锥角的选取提供了依据.
The influence of the isobutanol/diesel mixing ratios on the engine combustion process and performance was investigated by turbocharged and intercooled common rail diesel engine.The results showed that under the same load,the fuel heating value is reduced as the increase of mixing ratio,while the fuel consumption is increased;after blending isobutanol,the oxygen content is increased,which can inhibit soot emission effectively,but the cetane number is decreased.At the working conditions of ESC-13,the fuel with 10% isobutanol generates the lowest soot weighting specific emissions.Under the same speed and small load conditions,increasing the mixing ratio has a trend of increasing the latent heat of vaporization of the fuel,and with a lower octane number,causing the prolonged ignition delay of the fuels and lower cylinder temperature and more the CO,HC and particulate emissions.While the higher cycle heat in cylinder under large load working conditions can effectively restrain the trend,except for the NOx emission,the rest of the harmful specific emissions are lowered.
To reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and broaden the raw material sources of jet fuel,many countries have focused on accelerating the development of bio-jet fuel.There are four routes to produce bio-jet fuel from vegetable oil,animal fat and biomass.The first method is two-stage hydrogenation route which includes the step of hydrotreating vegetable oil or animal fat and the followed step of hydroisomerization and selective cracking.The second type of technology uses biomass as feedstock and produces bio-jet fuel by gasification and synthesis.The third method is biomass pyrolysis-hydro-upgrading technology.In this process,the pyrolysis oil is derived from the fast pyrilysis of biomass,and which is treated by dual stage deoxygenation to generate a partially deoxygenated product.The deoxygenated product comprises cyclic hydrocarbon compounds that when fractionated are useful as bio-jet fuel.The other route is bio-butanol conversion method using biomass as feedstock,which includes the steps of fermentation,dehydration,oligomerization and hydrogenation.Being aromatic-free and sulfur-free,the bio-jet fuel is a green fuel for use as blending components with normal jet fuel.
After the discussion of typical H2S removal methods in water and the advantages and disadvantages comparison between different methods,this paper presents a new approach which chooses the NaClO as the main desulfurizer.After the produced water desulfurization oxidizer preferred experiment and NaClO continuous desulfurization experiment,the experiment results are applied into the Puguang high sulfur gasfield water desulfurization treatment.The experiment results show that: the H2S in the water can be safely and efficiently removed by using NaClO,and the sulphide content is less than 1 mg/L in treated gasfield water.
The filtration performance of a new filter press is compared with that of the conventional un-glazed porcelain tube filtration column, and the successful application of the new filter press in butyl lithium production is introduced.
